Thank you for this useful video. I also used a TX8 bit for the screws on the fabric/upholstered part that remains in the chin-guard in your video for washing. There is just one screw on each side and a plastic blade comes out with that piece attached ready for washing. I'm hoping that it goes together as easily.

Merci pour le vidéo.Thanks for the video. I have done all the "out" properly"(even before looking at the video) but my concern was to put everything together back. I didn't know where to put back the 2 traps (in the video we cannot see very well) and finally I find out the place where they go back and it's by the inside of the "encolure" (2 petites fentes où il faut les glisser. J'ai pu le faire en insérant un sushi stick to push it), the end of these straps dont go nowhere else then. )

Anybody knows how to remove the complete chin-guard from the main helmet body? On mine the lock mechanism is broken and I need to repair it.

Is it okay to dry under the sunlight?

I know it's a quality helmet, but for my option (which means nothing) Its seams like a lot of faffing about to take out the lined. My AGV is a lot easier to take the liner out, but each brand has their own way of doing things, but I've seen a good few people out on the road lately with these BMW helmets so I'm sure this video will be very helpful to people :)

I got the cheek pads out no problem.....but i dont know how to properly put it all back together. The neck straps have too much slack

The area near the chin (near the red button of the helmet) is possible to remove?

Ah Oui, unfortunately, the material from the "front" part (the modular part that open and close) dont get out! So I washed it rightthere!

12:24 min which could have been done in max 3 min!!
