The horse is the ANC and the jockey is the SACP. The jockey does not need to contest elections but ride into parliament on the ANC horse ! Please use her illustration. It is so easy to understand! What about a coalition government, will it be possible for a mix group to take over the reins. Although the ANC catches on crap, does our constitution make provision for a change of government. I was 10years old when the ANC and NP was slitting the power. The NP ministers was stil ministers for some time before the ANC took over the power. This was where they learned how to run a country. In all honesty truth, this was the best time to have been a South African. Everything was going our way and we were considered to be a 1st world country also.
