Unless he is sitting something specific, looks like he launches his barrel directly behind the ball which allows him to drive fastballs the other way and pull off speed. And his separation is phenomenal, he gets everything out of his body when he is dialed in.

You lost me when you asked "What's changed (between Sept 2022 and now)?" Even a blind cow could see all the subtle and not-so-subtle changes Bo made. Are you kidding me?! His lead foot, for one. Heal is way up, cocked and weight shifted back and loaded. Toe is also pointing back a bit. Back elbow on a greater angle. Hands lower. Bat resting angle more forward. Lead elbow on closer to 90 degrees. You're a baseball analyst?! Any one of these changes is significant let alone all of them combined!!! The fact that he can do ALL of these and be an even BETTER hitter is remarkable. You need to go find another sport to analyze.
