Listen I’m a Rutgers Homer so I have no dog in this fight but if you want to know where Georgia’s offensive production is going to come from, look no further than their TE unit which has three guys that may all get drafted on the first or second day. Bauer obviously certified Baller and Bennett loved to throw to him. Darnell Washington could easily start next year for 15-20 of top teams in the country and if they are smart they will use him a lot. Arik Gilbert is now a WR and could have a Pitts type impact with his size and speed.

No crap it’s more likely a five star is more likely to become an nfl player than a three star…there are like thirty five star players in a given year compared to like 100’s of three stars. It isn’t a question of do they have a better chance, the real question is how do any five star players that don’t get injured not end up in the NFL. If they are the top 30 players in their age group that close to the age of aN NFL player they should all end up in the nfl, the fact many of them don’t is indicative of how bad the scouting is. If you blow it on those kids, how can we trust the rankings of players between 50 and 250. How is it that Wisconsin, Iowa, Michigan state, and Nebraska don’t ever have any highly ranked O-Linemen but they churn out nfl offensive linemen like crazy? That makes no sense at all. If the people doing the scouting rankings were that good of scouts, they would be working for teams, not websites.

He isn’t saying you can’t use it to your advantage. The guy is saying it would suck trying to be a coach in a world where your players can just leave whenever they want, and without a doubt that is true. It makes a coaches job 1000% harder.
