The canopy looks great. When I bought my Nauticus 22, I didn't think I would use the cover much but it's permanently up. Great for when it's windy, wet, hot or cold! My cover is getting near the end of its days so I'm researching ideas as I'd like to have a go at redesigning the frame to make boarding easier. Great accents too.
Hey Harry & Marion, have to say (despite your obvious reservations Harry!) the canopy looks really well. It will save you getting soaked while trying to grab hats and coats like we witnessed in some of your earlier videos! 😊. Anyhow, isn’t there a saying ‘ what the lady wants the lady gets’ (even if it took the best part of 15yrs Marion 😂🤣😂). Anyhow, congratulations to you both. Enjoy. Hope to catch up with you guys one of these days! Best regards, Tom
Hi marion and harry ben and joe here. Looks great, we are hoping to purchase a boat within the next two weeks as we sold san grail last year. Would like to chat with you about the canopy as we will need one for the boat we are planning to buy.
Hi Ben & Joe, hope you get the boat your after, boats are selling fast this year. As for the canopy, you will find it very difficult to get one. We waited a year for ours, and must canopy makers are not even taking any orders now as waiting lists are so long. Ring around and see if you can get on a list. Keep well and hope to see you on the water soon🤞
I think looks really well. Like you said going underneath bridge's will be scary until you get to know the tricky ones. Only 2 days till our wee family trip to Fermanagh on the noble captain for 5 days 😎😉👍👍
Very well though out, designed and fitted. You will not regret this....and with the full length dodgers and doors, with no draughts running around your ankles it is a very comfortable additional room.
The canopy gives you a lot more living room, you can sit there and have your breakfast when the weather is not all that good . I think there are more benefits having one than not having one. It looks really great, like it had one from new. You don't have to worry about being court out in bad weather in the middle of Loch Ree, not that you get bad weather in Ireland! "Nice one Harry"
Looking good Harry & Marion! I'm resisting a canopy on our boat and for the last few years I've managed to avoid it, but I fear that I may have to concede to the bosses and that getting one may be inevitable!
The canopy looks fantastic! It's like having another room on the boat, especially on chilly summer evenings when you aren't ready to go inside yet. It was the best money we've spent on our boat for sure.
