i highly recommend the leaf for the corner casting bolt on both sides, improved overall performance ;) so much info condensed into 15 mins. great job, again! This will no doubt have a bunch of views in no time, and deservedly so!
Really good information in this video Joe. I have always understood that the "dog bones" were the old style of trapeze hook points, kinda like the J&H handles but were chrome metal and had two rings for attachment points, they actually look like a dogs bone. I have them on my boat as well as the J&H style. Many of the older cat sailors prefer the old style of "dog bone" because it allows two hook points, but beware of getting struck with a flailing one, LoL. Good info, and looking forward to more vids like this about other types of cats.
Not enough people understand nor use the jib's adjustable clew plate. Combined with the mainsail traveler, it is the absolute key to dialing in the right amount of power for whatever wind you're sailing in that day.
Hi, for maintenance purposes, I wanted to change anchor pin and bar where the shroud is fixed (in fact the other broke when sailing with consequent mast falling in the sea). But I cannot unscrew it, despite all my attempts and efforts. Any tip? Thanks
