great job your doing, I've done this twice, and must be stupid as I've got another one on my drive to start asap, good luck, will keep watching, interested in time to finish and final cost, as the last one I finished was about ten years ago. it took 5 years to complete and cost about £60,000 to finish.

Did you think about putting holes in each section so they could all drain to the bilge?

Nice job. I'm about to replace the stringers on my boat. Did the resin react with the celotex and did you seal the ply capping on both faces?

Thanks, there wasn't any reaction with the celotex. I did a test first on a piece before committing to all of it. I didn't seal the underside of the ply topper as it shouldn't ever get wet and is only there to aid in screwing the floor down until the sealant sets. The fibreglass layup becomes the strength 👍

Hi mate I see you struggling with the insulation board. With a sharp edge to scribe in why didn't you use a fine tip marker pen. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿😃🍻

Hi mate, I didn't have one in the house. i had tried one of my sons felt tips, but it was rubbing off so went with the sharp edge 👍
