Hey Gus, I am on the "west"(not south) end of the canal and am loving your adventures and channel! My dream is to do this kind of trip and you have inspired me, even though I am almost 60! Keep up the good work, fun times and keep killing it! Your video and editing skills are amazing. Stay safe
I’m really enjoying watching your videos I know the waters of Buzzards Bay pretty well as we kept our boat at Parkers boat yard in Cataumet My oldest son graduated from mass Maritime Academy Although I sold my boat a few years ago I still have hopes that I may get back out on the water and do some cruising Great video looking forward to more!
Great Video, you earned another sub. you are a inspiration to me that all is not lost on the youth of this county. A can do attitude and stick to your plan
I just found your channel and this was my first video to watch. I have a 41' Silverton Convertible on Lake Erie but dream of taking my boat to Florida some winter. I also want to learn how to edit video so I can start a RU-vid channel. Safe travels!
Rewatching your first couple videos.w We are closing on a boat in April. At the end of April we'll be going North from Cranston RI (bear Providence) to Portland ME. What navigation tools/system/app did you use. Making note of your stops to use as reference. Thanks
I just came across your channel randomly on RU-vid. Let me tell ya, the image quality is not the best, the drone is a little jerky, the audio is mediocre but this is the classic case of having an awesome story to tell! I’m sitting here with my five month old watching your videos. I was laughing my ass off when the photo came up of the “tractor“ backing off the marsh!! Keep doing what your doing!
That’s cool ! 18 knots ? With the current going with you ! Maybe ! . With 220 hp that’s amazing . ! I have a 38 ft Californian with turbo 3208 Cats 320hp and I cruise at 15 knots at 2100 rpm. That hull on your boat is fantastic for that HP ! Be safe you guys ! Love the footage! Keep on keeping on ! Gary from California !
You two remind me of my best friend Dan who now skippers a yacht In Ft Lauderdale. We too did some amazing trips here on the west coast. I’m curious who built your boat ? For how funky it looks your boat jams ! This is something you guys will never forget for the rest of your lives. ! G.
@@garymeinke8320 Too cool! I am working on my Masters license now. Hoping to get into the yachting industry. The boat is a Taiwanese boat. From what I can find on this boat most of them came with 120hp Leman diesels. So the twin 210s move it right along! However, I take it easy to save fuel. 3.5GPH @1300Rpm 8Kts
@@InTooDeepBroThat's great, looks like you guys are having fun, and doing a good job. When you stayed in Chesapeake city you were only a couple miles from me. That bar gets kicking in the summer, full of hot chics to. Have fun guys 1000 miles to the keys.
