Going from pool patch covering holes to replacing faulty through hulls, solid repairs, new railings and the "porch" that looks great, this is a fun channel to watch, cannot wait to see you enjoying the ride.

Your intrepid, positive attitudes are great. You guys did real nice work in the yard. The ability you have to take on new things, learn, and achieve is nice to see. DO NOT FORGET about your engine overhaul. Contrary to that advice someone gave you about engines not really being required most of the time, I would add this: you do not need your engine until you REALLY need it, and you are not always sure when that is gonna be. I know the satisfaction of hard work and gettin it done yourself, for the most part. I don’t blame you at all for having the professional do the above waterline hull painting. The two of you should be proud of your efforts, the boat looks great. I loved the anchor bit. Sailing Doodles is the other channel I follow, quite the concidence.
You guys,,,,the best of times,,,these times right now you’ll remember. Thirty years down the road you’ll be somewhere looking out to sea, and there’ll be a tear or two while remembering these best of times. I wish you long loving years together. My wife and I with another couple sailed the BVI,s Rose and I sailed the Chesapeake Bay and lake Eire. Rose passed away 15 years ago this July, so all I have are memories,,,,,,,,,they are my treasure. You both have worked so hard and your sailing vessel is beautiful! Fair winds and fallowing seas.
