I am not a bear expert or giving advice about how to deal with bears just sharing our experience. song 1 www.epidemicsound.com/track/G... song 2 www.epidemicsound.com/track/M... song 3 www.epidemicsound.com/track/D...
Being out on the lake in a boat opened up so much fun exploring! You guys went all over! This is on my bucket list. So fun! Looks like a beautiful day with the family. All you hear is laughter in the background. I love it.
Cruising to Fannette and climbing to the Tea House is our E-Bay Boat Camp finale. Oh, and finally broke down and paid for the Vikingsholm tour so the kids could enjoy. Pricey, but worth doing it once. We probably won’t get out on the water again before winterizing, but one full week on the lake is worth it as well. 💚💙
In the 1970’s when I started going to Yosemite Valley the bear population was pretty large. I remember a bear taking food from right next to hikers enjoying their lunches at the top of Vernal Falls.
We were back packing to Little Yosemite Valley and my friend brought aerosol deodorant. We were enjoying our lunch and a bear grass bit through the aerosol can!
@@edbouf I was wondering about the behavior part, it was pretty brazen about just walking up and taking a bag like that. I'm guessing that it has done it before more than once and might have the tag for that reason. Are you able to see a number on the tag to call it in? Fuzzy Butt may need a new location.
Suzi , I agree that this young bear’s behavior demonstrated that this was not an unusual occurrence. You don’t see many bears with natural diets cruising a busy street midday. I’m glad that the incident concluded by preventing it from getting another food reward.
@@edbouf that bear was flat-out grocery shopping. LOL. Hopefully he doesn't get himself into too much trouble and have to get euthanized. I'm hoping they would just relocate it
