The Boaz Outlet Mall was once a shopping destination in northeast Alabama. People came from all over the southeast by the bus loads (Black Friday 1988 brought 137 buses full of shoppers to town). Eventually, the crowds stopped coming and the mall closed. This video was recorded during the last gasp of a formally thriving outlet mall.
