Tank has never used stipulations on any fights yall just be talking. Ryan and Mario was the only two and they’re a lot bigger than buddy and period for 135 and 140 and they had the same stipulations tank had the same requirements that didn’t involve dehydrating someone either it just made it to where they had to make weight and weren’t able to blow up 20 pounds
