Love it when Bob realizes Willie is on-stage. Also, how bad-ass that Bob comes out and plays three (of five total) new songs from "Empire Burlesque" instead of just playing "hits?!" [Olof shows Bob playing 5 songs...the three above were broadcast].

I remember watching this live and thinking that Dylan was absolutely the coolest guy in the world and showed everyone else that this is how it's done.

Dylan is so ridiculously special and beautiful..... I would imagine that the moment he was born all the lights in the hospital dimmed out a little.... or at least that's what should of happened.... smile;)

So hard to pick a favorite Dylan song, but this is easily a contender! Love the lyrics, the energy, I have purchased extra copies of the Empire Burlesque cd, I still have one in the wrapper. This video is a sweet bonus to an already beloved song.

Fantastic performances and one of a kind during Bob's very long career. All the Farm Aid performances were so professionally produced - feels like Bob, Neil Young, Willie Nelson, Tom Petty and duet and backup singers and musicians could have been in a concert hall.

loved the way Dylan pointed out the plight of the farmers at home during the self-important Live Aid event ... always making others others uncomfortable with his truth telling !
