@reffer0877 I agree with you, but John did give him the cocktail. He handed him a drink with heroin and coke in it and said 'drink this Riv, itl make you feel fabulous". River drank it then overdosed. John hid in his house for 2 weeks after this happened and was scared he'd get arrested.
@reffer0877 I think the cops chaulked it up to an overdose and didn't put too much into it like it was a murder investigation or something. I also believe it was John who did give him the fatal liquid dose in the bathroom. There's lot's of comments Bob, Rivers gf Samantha Manthis and others at the scene have made over the years about his final minutes. No one has come out and thrown John under the bus but there's lot's of coverage & traction out there on Rivers final moments about him and a "friend" going into the bathroom. I wouldn't trust a tv show reenactment to get every nitty gritty fact down or televise accusations about a famous musician. I believe it was an accident made by John and I also believe the guilt he carried almost killed him for years & years after as he publicly tried to destroy himself with addiction before rejoining the Chili's in 1999. At the end of the day whether he did or not I believe no thinks it was intentional as he loved River.
