Bob has no embarrassment at all and can let a silence go for ages until the presenter gets uncomfortable ... I really love Bob's humour. I just started his novel 'The Satsuma Complex' and am two chapters in and already giggling at his silliness. His autobiograhpoy is a joy too.

Yes. They are friends. I think the first call was a surprise, but Iain always plays along with good characters/prank callers. Hangs up on rubbish ones.
