I tried it and black garlic tastes sort of sweet and savory; it's kind of like soy-sauce but it's somewhere between the feel of cooked mushrooms and a pasty syrup in terms of texture. Really taken aback by how awesome black garlic is. I mean that _exquisite mouth feeeeel._

Professional cook here. Black Garlic is a very unique ingredient in terms of texture and taste. If you ever have the chance to try it, go for it, its very good in all kinds of things such as meats and sauces to name a few
He was the one thing I couldn’t stand on this episode because he was extremely petty against Bob and I don’t know why since it was Linda who canceled his old show. But the thing is he’s still doing okay. He’s still famous, still rich and stable.

But, keep in mind that Bob's cooking skills saved his ass on at least 2 occasions(That I know of). 1st was when his Meatsiah saved him from getting evicted from late rent payments. 2nd was when the Moody Foodie was so engrossed with Bob's burger, he stopped mid-call on reporting him for the kidnapping. The fact that Skipp was one of the first people to show up at Bob's Burgers to get a black garlic burger speaks volumes.
Bob fears success, even though he uses fresh ingredients and is very skilled with cooking, he never raises his prices to make a profit. His burgers of the day almost never go above $6.

I haven't watch the show so idk why some people are mean to bob but using some common sense ig his borgors have a reputation of not being good and the black garlic borgor is Bob greatest achievement since people like it.
