Hey, been getting the same sound out of mine on idle but I'm kinda worried about missing backpressure. For now I removed 20cm of the original exhaust and added some perforated tubes inside the muffler to avoid the sound of a 50cc mobiletje.. Did you do anything on the air intake or just adjusted carbs? On a sidenote... Really nice work on the looks too! If you still have the bike we should go for a ride when mine is done, I live near Geldenaken 😉

hi ,i removed the standard chamber where the 2 pipes are going into and i made them seperated, make the exhaust pipes long enough so that the bubble noise is being reduced ,greetz
