This video describes the repair for a Bobcat 873G (AHC only with metal controller) that was consistently throwing a 32-40 error over the last 30 hours of operation. A similar error for the tilt handle is error 32-35. Initially, the error would occur when operating the lift and tilt handles at the same time. Then, after replacing the actuator and spool rod seals (to be shown in future video) an issue started with the lift boom dropping in quick pulses while moving forward. This was helpful in finding the cause of the problem which was a bad socket inside the connector that goes from the lift handle sensor to the AHC Controller.
If anyone has a reference for voltage ranges for the AHC handles, please pass them along. My service manual doesn't include any reference voltages the handle sensors or for the AHC controller.
