I have a 763F that I only recently purchased and after discovering that the chaincase was over full with milk (water getting in via poorly sealed top covers) I then found no brake disc guides in there that are shown in the spare parts catalog. I then noticed that there are also none in this video, what gives, not essential or did Bobcat not use them after a certain serial number?

Thats awesome, I watched a video a few weeks ago where a guy puts a go-pro inside a tire and drives around. One of my front axel shafts has an excessive amount of end play which caused the seal to go bad, when I push the shaft inward it centers up in the bearing and eliminates up and down movement. Most of what i have read says to replace the bearing, but one said you can shim the inside the chaincase on the retaining bolt, have you ever done this?

I don't think a shim on retainer bolt will help, you would have to shim between sprocket and bearing but if sprocket is removed then the hard part is done, just go ahead replace the bearings.

Love your videos! I own a 763 as well. I replaced the fuel stop lever and throttle shaft seals…fixed the leaks! I just bought the machine. It has several codes/warning lights. I believe I’m missing part of the hydraulic wiring harness as there are a couple of plugs open…one for the hydraulic pressure sensor. Is this something you could help me sort out? I’m happy to email you if possible. Thanks for the content!
