You are brilliant. I've listened to you on several YT podcasts over the last couple of weeks and have been doing the 6 point lymphatic massage every morning since discovering you. You have deeply influenced my work, my persperctives, and my health/well-being. 🌹
I’ve had lymph problems since I was a kid. Surprise! I have lots of other problems too!! I had it under decent control for about 15 years after I cut all carbs and sugars out of my diet, and while I was doing LOTS of trail running, hiit, dance, etc. Then I got badly injured and it came back. I think I actually have lipedema that I controlled pretty well with excessive amounts of exercise, starting when I was about 12, and then going paleo-keto when I was about 27. I don’t know what else to do. I’m finally lifting weights again and hiking some but my high impact days may be over. I’m doing a 3 month trial of keto-carnivore.
Not a stupid question at all thanks for asking. Yes this can play a role in joint pain by compromising fluid flow to and from the knee. It's known as Interstitial Inflammatory Stasis.
If you have an internal jugular vein stenosis and have no access to a surgical intervention, does lymph massage in head and neck have any potential to possibly help with the glympahtic drainage?
This makes so much sense, thank you! How would you approach lymphatic drainage if you get debilitating detox reactions for 48 hours after the slightest stimulation of the collar bone. My lymph nodes all over my body start aching even if I just decongest the end point, which makes so much sense with your pipes analogy, but the other detox reactions make me hesitant to do any lymphatic stimulation at all. Would you try to find a level of stimulation small enough to avoid detox reactions?
