I had to take a double dose of my blood pressure pills after listening to that screaming WOMAN!!! Shyt, I thought it was a neighbor screaming! She even threw the lead officer off screaming something about a "different" house, where the lead said "where...where, where"... She needs to be "let go". That kind of "out-of-control" behavior could cost a loss of life to someone!!! She should have been tased. ""Dangerous behavior""!!🤬
@@byteme9718 Well there was no news on bystanders being hit, so they didn't hit people. The guy that got shot didn't miss any shots either I believe, becaue he killed 3 people before the police stopped him.
If only they were in the house a few mins before he ended 3 life's. I don't blame him for going back for the rifle, but had they charged in, might not have lost everyone.
That lead officer handled this situation like a freaking boss. The female officer needs to improve her “performance while under duress” skills tenfold.
Freaking out and panicking is a natural reaction, may she need to work on it? Sure, everyone does. But put yourself in that situation, it’s terrifying.
@@anabellehayes9022 you may be correct but the bottom line is calm breeds calm and panic breeds panic. Some people have it naturally and others must work on this mindset. Handling an adrenaline dump can be controlled.
@@justinmiller1535 I agree, I think sometimes going through a situation like that can make you realize. Maybe she has never been in that type of situation, which can very well also be a factor
@@susan2376 yeah while some female cops dont practice mental fitness as well as others, this one held it together imo. Just a little too descriptive but hey, if that's the worst thing she does after dumping on a dude then she's alright with me!
I honestly thought it was a neighbor or family member at first. I think her "outside voice" just naturally sounds like that. The other officers are probably used to it by now. She did nothing wrong.
@@Thunderbyrd. Some people get amped up in a firefight. I know I did when I was shot at by insurgents. however, you do gain your composure as you return fire. I see nothing wrong in this scenario and YES, I was fired upon and acted the same way but returned fire and gave commands when it came to Cordoning off the area and conducting an area sweep to make sure there were no enemy fighters. You must think this is CoD IRL...
The female cop needs a LOT more training. She is SPAZZING out. He was clearly in charge and she kept yapping and freaking out. Great job done by the officer. He stayed calm, moved with purpose, and directed those around him. Kudos.
Hello there katmadison and anyone else that sees this comment I just want to tell you that Jesus loves you and repent of your sins so you can inherit God's kingdom and get the free gift of eternal life
He kept a moderate tone to keep other officers from being stressed out, well, but not the girl. Why was she screaming like that? That would stress everyone out.
@@Infiniti-Benz I agree, everyone says she didn’t do what supposed to but seems like she used her training and took initiative and got to talk loudly over gunshots etc. She actually did ok and I don’t even like pigs
@@riogrande5761 thats typically what happens with female officers, obviously not all female officers, but id say most. they need much more training than male officers.
I love how he was so calm after the shooting from getting his officers into the right positions to cover the house and gave clear directions to the officers providing medical assistance
most people like that are either ex military or not their first time dealing with that type of situation compared to that girl yelling having a panic attack
The Roman general Hericletus, “Of every one hundred men, ten shouldn’t even be there, eighty are nothing but targets, nine are real fighters… We are lucky to have them… They make the battle. Ah, but the one, one of them is a Warrior… and he will bring the others back.”
The lead Officer was amazing! Calm, cool, clear and collected. Good control of the situation and his fellow Officers. Give this man a promotion immediately!
And he was absolutely ready for whatever was coming from the house, that was amazing, the perp didn´t have a chance with this officer, he took him out before he could even make a shot. BRAVO !! It brought up my mood because I saw another video, in Albuquerque I think, where one officer was killed on the spot doing exactly this same operation in a house..
The female officer needs more training or to rethink her career choice. She was a bit unglued while the body cam officer was completely on top of things in the most stressful of situations. Kudos to him.
the lady trying to yell orders needs to stop lmfao she's yelling like a fkn teenager jumbling all her words all fast confusing everyone she's crumbling under the pressure freaking tf out
The female officer needs to be reassigned to something else she can handle or re-educated. If you’re calm, people around you will be calm-especially if your working in the public sector.
Try being in a firefight and tell me youre going to stay calm. I will tell you from experience and first hand knowledge that you will NOT be calm. No one is calm when they are being engaged by a gunman. no one. let a round whiz by you and tell me that youll be calm. or let that round ricochet off the ground near you or hit an object near you and tell me that youre going to remain calm. you will get control of the situation and coordination but being calm? thats never happening unless that target is permanently neutralized and the area is secured. typical civilian thinking a woman doesnt belong in law enforcement capacity. I know plenty of women in the law enforcement and military who will put men to shame quick, fast and in a hurry. But I want you to explain to me what reeducation she needs when it comes to target engagements, cordon and search or Area security...which they all including the female failed to do. Area was not secured, the area wasnt cordoned off and no one cleared the area to make sure there were wasnt a second shooter. Even the lowest rank in the totem pole will tell you what they did was ate up like a soup sandwich.
Love the way this officer controls the scene without screaming unintelligible words. It also shows well trained competent officers DO NOT TURN OFF THEIR CAMERAS before taking action.
The primary police officer did a great job of leading the other officers. The female cop's brain obviously shut down after the shooting started, making things more complicated for everyone else.
Maybe the primary officer has been on the force for a long time and been in that situation before. Don't condemn all female officers because of one's action.
@@goblin4562 Tell that to the families of female officers who died in the line of duty. Tell that to the Vice President of the United States that she shouldn't be in a position of power.
@Arnold Henry: Kamala "Giggles" Harris slept her way into her job in Cali, and because she checked a few non-merit boxes for Biden's handlers, was offered the VP spot despite polling the lowest among the folks in the Primary. She can't even do a scripted interview without spewing out word salad, and giggles when asked a serious question. She is unfit to be VP or be in any gov office.
@A Burden IT WAS A JOKE BECAUSE THE FEMALE COP WAS YELLING TOO!!! Is it really that difficult to figure out? I did misspell the word though so thank you.
@@robison87 Wow. 1-still yelling. Settle down fella. 2-I'm not American. YOU ARE ALL crazy. Killing each other. Self-medicating. 3-I could riff off 100 self-created problems there. 4-Lighten up. Wolf goof can't even write 7 words, 1 sentence, no punctuation without editing. 5-You had to respond to me, YELL, do the same crap edit but (sort of) apologize. 6-Not accepted. Bully. 7-Keep up with the news. Walmarts are closing. 8-Too much 'diversity' 'color' joggers go wilding and do some 'reparations.' !!-Now THAT'S funny.
Good job from this cop he kept everything in order and actually wanted to give aid to the suspect. Well done sir the female on the other hand should not be a cop. Lmao
@@punkjake im sorry but no. I'm okay with being a "bigot" on this topic, but NOBODY wants a female responsible for protecting them. Look at celebrities. Look at the secret service. They DONT CARE about your "wah wah women are the same as men" because they know damn well nobody is gonna be intimidated by a 5'5, 120 lb. Female.
Ngl I would have sent that female to the end of the street to redirect traffic. It only takes one voice to disturb your teamwork as the others won't be able to hear commands and possibly make poor decisions based off her panicked calls.
You are not a police officer in USA...you are a soldier in a constant war with terrorists who spring anything at you at any time from anywhere...I couldn't do that job
The female one of the group is almost always the most embarrassing one of them all. Why is that?!?!?😮 I’ve seen this clip before and I always cringe and skip then mute HER part of the clip. It’s just plain wrong to have an officer that is visibly unprepared and highly volatile emotionally for a job that should have trained her NOT to be. Get a new job, or get reassigned, please. You can’t handle it, so at least do the rest of the unit a favor by not becoming a liability or a hindrance to their job. 😕
I literally thought that female police officer was a screaming relative or neighbor. I had to come here to read the comments to see if others thought this as well. She needs a lot of training and a neck collar to shut her screaming off. She caused such chaos. She needs to be disciplined and needs more training. Unbelievable!!!
These officers, other than the female screaming banshee, handled this call perfectly. That female officer needs a different line of work; she is not in control of her own emotions.
Wow... great job by the cop that was recording. In such a high-stress hectic situation, he managed to stay calm and level-headed the entire time. I really believe that it was his ability to do so that secured the situation as it was starting to spiral out of control super fast. I hope he's rewarded for his actions. As much as cops should be held accountable when they do something wrong, we also need to reward them when they do so well. Thank God for cops like him...
What the hell is wrong with that female police officer?!?! Didn’t know where to go, didn’t know to keep her mouth shut, so everyone could hear orders, simply has no business being a cop…if you can’t keep a cool level head during high stress moments you can’t do the job…
With cops like that female cop that's how things go from 0 to a 100 real quick because they're just so eager to be aggressive when you have a cop that's trying to calm the situation down and get it under control
If you think personnel are calm on the front lines then you havent been on the front lines. Its hectic but there is command and control and yes people do yell like that especially when rounds are going down range. Ive been there seen it and experienced it first hand.
My goodness. that female was shouting off the script at the academy. There was one officer in control who was placing commands, and it wasnt her. She panicked
Awesome Job on that lead officer! He needs a raise, promotion, and a nice vacation! Clear concise directions, stayed in the fight under fire, and kept cool AF! Great Job Bro! (32 years on..retired now). This was simply better than textbook if ever was one!
This lead cop did a great job, nevermind the gunfire, he kept himself super composed when that female officer simply wouldn't shut up and listen, me personally i woulda lost my cool at her, that female cop is a prime example of someone that doesn't need a badge and a gun or she desperately needs "re-educated" as other countries call it.
Lmao coming from the dude who would shake uncontrollably when faced with a fist fight, let alone a gunfight. You can’t just go to class and become totally indifferent to stress inducing, adrenaline dumping, life and death situations. Smh
As someone else who literally has to hold everyone's hand at work as far as even putting them into position. I want to say thank you for your hard work and especially staying calm in that crazy situation.
All these brave and legendary warriors in the comments tryna tell everyone how to handle a situation they’ve never been in. She did fine wtf are y’all talking about
I can only assume that's sarge on cam. It's like he's wrangling a bunch of children at soccer practice. People panic in situations like this, even with all the training available to them. There has to be at least one calm person for them to follow. Guy did exceptionally making sure everyone was taking care of business
