Got a faulty bcm for Kia seltos 21 car was not starting, After replacing the old bcm to another car started. Old bcm if you kind of bended it would start. How can I identify the fault any advice please?
Do u know anything about the dim controlling the voltage in a buick LeSabre 04? Its not the regulator on the alternator bc ive put in 3. Still havent tested my harness to the alternator yet but have read in hanes manual that the dash integrated module controls it also for the buick.
From knowing other vehicles the module is a rehostst available resistor that controls the resistance and controls the current end of voltage sometimes it's in a module sometimes it's single component I don't see any reason to relate this to the alternator

@@confidential8738 go to Google put in wiring diagram for dimmer controller your Buick and year they should send you one page of a diagram that should have the voltages and the signal try that and get back to me

I didnt see anything on how to diagnose a bcm i have no crank no start with good battery good starter cranks with relay jumped but no start went through security reset nothing 2003 impala im stumped
If you go to my channels you'll see plenty of videos on body control modules but you have to see if you have communications that requires a scanner because the body control module has to communicate with the PCM module in some models that's the first thing to do

If you're asking about where the body control module is located which I think you are usually they're located by the dashboard sometimes on the under the steering columns and sometimes on the other side under the glove compartment but always in that area
