I wish the interviewer asked her, would this also be the body language of an innocent man? I know men who are unjustly criticised move this way..my ex husband and son included, even my current husband where his ex wife lies about him..I see this as absolute frustration from losing everything he worked hard for.

There can be no empirical evidence presented to court by a body language expert, they are used by police prior to charging to get an idea of whether a suspect is credible or not.
