We were taught to smile and show our teeth, now I have to unlearn. This kind of smile looks fake at times , but with practise it makes you feel good and look friendly. Walking slow is my problem I've always walked briskly, I'm a James Bond fan now I have to do the opposite. Funny that I now can identify people who know this information. People I've known for years have suddenly changed, guess they got the info first. I love this.
Adel felix, I think your observation regarding the inflection of the narrator's voice is incorrect. The narrator is actually sounding out the word correctly. Most people do not do that or are unable to do that. The narrator is actually speaking very clearly. The general public may criticize how the narrator speaks, but truth be told the narrator is doing everything right. The content of this tutorial is excellent. Thanks fo the upload.

Very clear tone in a simple yet great presentation; very good job. Been training and teaching martial arts for years - as a way of life not just as a sport - and I can relate that, the first 8 are synonymous to certain procedural and traditional moves in martial arts depicting cordial acts of equality, understanding, sync, self-control, purpose, obeyance, acceptance, openess, respect and even trust. The synergy derived from the resultant comparison was pleasant an d that made me smile for hours all day. As you've mentioned adding some visual clips will yield greater response. Great advice.... I find after watching the movie with Ryan Gosling (Only God Forgives) makes you walk slower, move slower for some reason. Great movie by the way, set in Thailand and is quite arty, slow, deliberate movements, lots of non-spoken gestures etc. And street justice. Great blokes film.

I now understand that to attract women you basically have to be and display confidence. But what if you're having serious problems in other areas of your life like studies, job, family life, personal problems? Are you still supposed to ignore those problems and act all confident as if everything is great in your life?? I feel sorry for any man who actually didn't know any of these suggestions, common sense , if you can't pull women any time you want , 1. Be halfway intelligent, so you can hold their attention, have a sense of humor,but not like guy humor with lots of profanity, and workout, women love a big chest and thin waist just as much as men do, do that and walk away with a fine woman 3 out of 5 nights a week, ..did that ,done that , and did it without having the perfect teeth or perfect face, you can't look fugly but you don't have to be brad Pitt either, always remember their insecure of something about their looks too, so if you act confident like your not insecure of any of your looks and act (ask her to dance, or just strike up a conversation) first ,before someone else talks to her ,you will usually come out on top , and learn to dance halfway well and you will definitely do better with the ladies, they love someone who moves with the music well , to them you must be better in bed then.

I understand with step two on the attraction body language after you meet her you said not to "lean in" in conversations, but with my experiences, the women will literally lean in on me, when they approach me, they literally come from out of nowhere and would appear extremely close to my face. What are they communicating when they lean in on you midway in conversation, while I would speak, they would lean in or like appear extremely close to my face I can't explain it, but it's amazing how they do subtle things like that., I kissed one girl who did it, but is that like something that they do to test you?

The reason you dont hold your drink in front of you is it brings your shoulders down, even slightly makes you hunch which makes you look timid or meek. Always keep your shoulders back and square as you stand if your arms dont hang naturally to the sides and back of your thighs you have bad posture. If nothing else your back will thank you as you get older, but in the meantime it makes you look confident and more muscular and the opposite of timid and meek. If it feels unnatural hanging your arms to the side and your shoulders back you've got some serious work to do trust me it's worth it, think of the Marines on the parade ground in their dress blues, leather necks high and tight, supreme warrior confidence!! One of the reasons chicks dig Marines in uniform even if they're total douchebags.
