Not sure if ttg but psr yes. Front is very stiff at the moment but it is up almost as high as it can go and is rated for bar and winch when I don’t have them yet. The rear is good though
If you just want it higher just go suspension. Easier to put down a little bit if defected. Body lift will also give you more ground clearance while the body lift only really allows for bigger tyres to have somewhere to go. If you want something like this your best off doing both. Body lift is not expensive at all if you do it yourself either. (Depending car) The nav needed new brake lines in the front which were around $90
