omg, I totally thought to my self “She looks like her name could be Laura” while watching the video, and then when I restarted it and actually read the captions, at the beginning it said her name was Lora. I feel so smart 😄
Hello! Do you use any gum in your water solution? If so, what? Also, do you use acrylic paint or a different non-toxic type of paint? Any tips you have would be greatly appreciated. I've been driving myself crazy with failed attempts. Thanks!
I purchased the guar gum and couldn't get the recipe right. It was consistently too goopy, lumpy, thick and slimy. What is your consistency like? Also, Do you have a non-toxic paint you could recommend?
still experimenting but I'm close. use non toxic acrylic..can be gotten at most craft stores. the dip after the paint application needs to be a warm constant 78 degrees or more. start with very warm water from facet into your container then maintain temp with fish tank heater. reguarding your acrylics, there is a ratio formula to dilute with water. by itself it can be to thick. going to try alum, borax then gargum to create better water surface to allow the paint to float. good luck
