Body of missing Renton woman found in Mexico cemetery; man arrested

The Renton business owner who went missing in late February was found dead in Mexico.
Authorities also found 54-year-old Reyna Hernandez’s missing vehicle in Mexico and took a 61-year-old Renton resident into custody. Detectives said this was a domestic violence crime.
According to the Renton Police Department, Hernandez left her home in the Renton Highlands on Feb. 26 to run errands. She never returned.
Hernandez’s friends reported her missing on Feb. 28 after they became concerned when she had not returned home, answered her phone, or returned to work at Reyna Hair Salon, the hair salon she owned.

The police here in Mexicali have the vato who is also from Renton WA. in custody. He was with her when what seems to be a drug run went really wrong. It's 18 hours non-stop, Renton to Mexicali. Lets see what the autopsy says. R.I.P.

Sad to hear, but being she "came to the US" at 19, there's no knowing who she associated with, or what she may have been involved with....That coupled with the sister not knowing how to communicate in english tells me they might not even be legal....Her being buried in Mexicali also says she didn't bother to stop dealing with Mexican nationals either, another red flag....Hopefully more comes out about this, and if she wasn't doing anything wrong, it's a shame....HOWEVER, if she was involved like evidence says so far, well, too bad but that's how it goes....
