Neena Kukku ഞാൻ 94 kg ഉണ്ടാർന്നു....5.6height ഉം.... Collage ലും സ്കൂളിലും പലരും കളിയാക്കീട്ടുണ്ട്.... അവസാനം ഞൻ one year കൊണ്ട് 30 kg കുറച്ചു.... എന്നെ കളിയാക്കിയ boys വരെ എന്റെ പിന്നാലെ വന്നപ്പോൾ എനിക്ക് വല്യ happy ആയിരുന്നു.... നമ്മൾ കഷ്ടപെട്ടാലെ result കിട്ടു... മടി ഉള്ളവർ നിരാശ റായി മറ്റുള്ളവർടെ അപമാനിക്കലും സഹിച്ചു ജീവിക്കേണ്ടി varum.

My relatives are the biggest body shamers and it became a family practice to make fun of others and laugh in groups.Surprisingly as a teenager I took that to heart and bodyshamed their kids in return,which ended up in naming me "ahangaari" "thandedi"It took me year's to come out of this thought process and accept my flaws.Iam sure everyone here will have a story to say about their experience with relatives taunting for their weight,skin tone etc during teenage.

ഞാൻ നല്ല തടിച്ചിട്ടാണ് എന്റെ മൂത്ത സഹോദരി ആവശ്യത്തിന് മാത്രം തടി ഉള്ള ആളാണ്. ഏത് പരിപാടിയിലും ഞാനാണ് മൂത്തത് എന്ന് തോന്നും എന്ന് വളരെ നിസാരമായി എന്റെ മുന്നിൽ വെച്ച് തന്നെ കൂട്ട് കുടുംബക്കാർ പറയാറുണ്ട്. കേൾക്കുമ്പോൾ ഉള്ളിൽ ഒരു വേദന തോന്നും പിന്നെ ഞാൻ അത് ബോധപൂർവം മറക്കും.എനിക്ക് ചില മെഡിക്കൽ കണ്ടിഷൻസ് ഉണ്ട് അത് കൊണ്ട് ആണ് ഓവർ വെയിറ്റ്. അത് കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ diet കൊണ്ടോ exercise കൊണ്ടോ മാറ്റിയെടുക്കാൻ പറ്റില്ല. ഇതൊന്നും പരിഹസിക്കുന്നവർക്ക് അറിയേണ്ട കാര്യമില്ല. അവരോട് ഇത🖕 ഇത്ര മാത്രം
