The fondue party was so fun and I love the tie-dying with Victoria (her shirt was so pretty!)! I can't believe Will missed an opportunity to make swingers jokes during a 1970s video! Also, was hoping to see a healthy recipe for quiche, which was big in the 1970s. The decades videos are so fun! Would love to see a decades video set during the 1890s!

I have not used the same weight on 2 consecutive sets for almost 4 years now. I usually start at 20 reps and work my way to 5 and then drop back to a lighter weight and rep it out. I'm 46 and have more or less maxed out my gains so this is just to keep things interesting and prevent injury. Its like a warmup that progresses into actual heavy weight and the volume ends up being pretty huge.

I think?) do you eat the same surplus on rest days even if you are not moving as much as you would on workout days?? I am currently trying to put on as much mass as possible while keeping fat gain very low because I am too tired of being small and never get to enjoy my workout cuz lack of energy...(too focused on being shredded/lean) I am currently 5′ 8 at 136lbs, 18 years... I was 187lbs with way more than 20+%bf(1 year ago ish), as of now I am 9 maybe 10% bf according to a calculator I found on google. I've spent most of my time cutting and restricting calories since I started. Strength has decreased way more than it should...
Fondue 🫕 We eat that usually only in winter season. Best time to have it is after skiing. Classic you eat it with bread, potatoes for the adventurous. And to add fun before you put your bread in the cheese you dip it in the kirsch.

Oh Will, Watergate Salad is still very popular. It’s a family tradition for Thanksgiving and Christmas with my family. It is best served cold after it has set for awhile, the flavors have time to marry together.
Brotha Will, if and when you go to Hawaii, your mind will be blown on how different the pokebowls are down here. There's no pineapples, tofu, all of that mess. It's just straight up simple but the most freshest bowl of poke you'll ever taste.

My husband's grandmother used to make the Watergate Salad. She never called it that and she didn't use pineapple or coconut. She used fruit cocktail. Whipped cream, pistachio pudding, marshmallows, and fruit cocktail is soooooo good. I've made it a couple times but my husband doesn't really care for pistachio pudding.
