How do you think thousands of bouncers and security door people deal with this every single day around the world. Can you imagine a bouncer shooting a drunk patron 7 times? If untrained bouncers can manage those situations, why would police who get special training not be able to do the same or even better de-escalation. This is murder

If a bouncer was armed with a firearm and was being overtaken by physical force, then the right to defend yourself with said firearm is justified because now you not only have to protect yourself from an attacker who can go after your gun but who if does get control of it can kill not only you but others whether intentionally or not.

@@dwill4858 check for weapons ? Ggg umm that would require the cops to physically subdue the perpetrator FIRST which they did not So… Ya maybe the patted him down & let him go to act bewilderment again following an arrest Ya that makes sense ( sarcasm ) SMH
My dad was like this, he turned incredibly violent when he drank and he spent most of his life in prison because of it. He was never violent towards his family, but everyone was fair game.
I love how they where like "he wasn't being aggressive at all they shot him for no reason it's heart breaking" and than the body cam footage says otherwise lmao
"The only thing the video shows is that Daniel didn't deserve to die.' Yeah, just let him beat people up until they're unconscious...the way people rationallize and minimize clearly violent behavior is a JOKE. The guy got what he deserved. Don't get drunk if you can't handle it!
Chuck E. Cheese recently put in alcohol in the menu and the number of fights have increased very quickly. Some people should NEVER, EVER drink so much alcohol by how horrible they act, even in front of their own kids.
I agree 110% Joe, there should be zero tolerance for violence against innocent people, especially from big men like him against small elderly woman, that's attempted murder in my eyes for any man to even hit an elderly person a single time let alone a small elderly woman, that guy deserved to be put down the moment he did that and hes lucky he made it long enough to see the officers without someone else defending themselves or family with lethal force. Violence towards innocent people needs to be met with twice the violence in return to the perpetrators and if the person is clearly unable to feel remorse like any guy who would attack an elderly woman he cant be allowed to live around innocent people.
He got punched in the face by a drunk guy, you think that’s deserving of death? 1 guy 2 cops. Unbelievable you think this is acceptable. What’s the law say the punishment for assault and battery is? Death without trial?
@@LucasJasche If I say sorry food the loss does that sound like I said he deserved to die? The guy was so crazed his family couldn't stop him & they called the cops. He knocked the cop out cold. What you think gonna happen bro?
@@south97north “the officer has a family too” do you honestly believe the drunk was aiming to kill them? Get real dude, it’s just a drunk ass hole. The punishment for assault and battery is not death on the sidewalk.
Absolutely no pity for this man or his family. They're all at fault. From their shameless public claims you can immediately tell they fostered and enabled his behavior until it reached this point. They took zero responsibility and tried to lay all the blame on the cops who were viciously assaulted and forced into self-defense. Trash human being from a trash family.
Im always surprised everytime i see someone drinking become this uncontrollable. No matter how drunk i am i always still know that some things you just shouldnt do.
@@Shawn-cx2cp Alcohol is a catalyst for other things. Often times the actual problem is rooted way deeper than their alcohol consumption. The alcohol just gives them the confidence and “A-OK” to do what they want to do. I’ve never understood it and it’s sad, I’ve never lost control while drinking. I think it’s just going back to the basics, knowing what’s right and wrong because alcohol removes your inhibitio if enough has been drank.
I have cpstd and when I get drunk I have mental breakdowns and start screaming, hitting , and repeating things. Just like my mom did to me when I was little. Everyone’s different dude.
Imagine thinking it’s ok to kill a man because he punched someone. He’s clearly drunk, that’s why they called police. Not to have him murdered. Unbelievable.
@@LucasJasche murdered? He knocked out one officer, was beating another, continuing to beat him even after being tasered. This is what's called defence.
you know continually punching someone can result in death right? what should the cop do watch his partner get his face beat in while waiting for backup? if this is happening to a family member of yours what would you do? just wish youre never put in this situation.
No they won’t this defense will continue , expect to see his family , prob rbe one who called the cops on the first place on a presser with a nice lawyer with nice big pictures of how heroic and harmless this guy was …
Bruh punches Vs guns. Not fair fight. May be deserves years incarcerated but seven shots? If two cops can't tackle one unarmed, even huge then they shouldn't be policing. Yes someone can argue what if takes cop's gun while tackling, may be then cops should be trained better. Imagine this result for every bar row.
@@sarthakbhole3724 cops aren't TERMINATORS. They're human, they aren't all hulking 6'6" 350lb monsters! How about civilians stop acting like complete morons. Can't handle the liquor then don't get drunk!
He didnt deserve to die? so what, the cop deserves to die head first trauma to the ground getting punched repeatedly? Like theres literally no way of seeing this through any other way. He needed to be subdued and any other option was highly NOT viable. i dont feel sorry for him, i feel sorry for the cop that was punched out unconscious and for him ruining the couples special day!
three cops can't detain one drunk man without killing him? Perhaps they shouldn't be cops. They were WAY too quick to shoot. He was unarmed and thus not an imminent threat to kill anyone. Getting punched is part of the risk of being a cop.
@@glendonmorgan7253 did you not hear the taser go off on him and it was ineffective so they had to use lethal force which is unfortunate and sad he was pronounced dead at the hospital. But I guess your one of those people to suggest to keep using non lethal when he’s beating someone up.
@@tacticalgeneral5224 Yes, lethal force isn't necessary when there is a fight. If somebody pulls a weapon, hell even just a club, different situation. A man armed only with his fists and a lot of liquor should never warrant gunfire. Getting punched is part of the risk of being a cop. He was NOT a lethal threat to anyone. Cops shooting unarmed people is not okay.
@@glendonmorgan7253 clearly you don’t know what a threat is, the cop used a taser and it was ineffective and the suspect started to punch the cop. Now let’s say the suspect fights the cop and the cop falls unconscious and grabs his weapon, he is now considered a threat. Cops think ahead before it actually happens. But I don’t think you know that tbh
Thank you for having a brain lol. This guy was beating the cop and they tried using words and that didn’t work so they used a taser, most cops skip the taser part but these cops had no other choice
@@morpheusx17 actually the cops had the choice of tackling to the ground and subduing him before deadly force. Ain’t justifying the uncles behavior but the extreme of shooting with other guests in close proximity seems reckless for an LEO.
@@ska7triumph Yeah dude most cops have the choice of doing a roundhouse backflip kick that knocks out the dude twice their size while they lift him up and throw him in the car yeah? goofy mf 🤡🤡 take a fat L
Wow, I'm so sorry for that family, for the bride and groom, what they must be experiencing. The happiest day of their lives turns into the worst of their lives. Praying for you all
This is likely not the first time their hulking violent brother has caused problems at a party after way too much drinking. They should have never served him and he would still be around today.
@@MR_FN509 Officers should be trained to resort to other techniques when a drunk person can take a tazor and it doesn't work. Instead, they pulled their gun out and shot 7 times. Im all for play stupid games, win stupid prizes but there were two or more officers on the scene.
@Kit Jones i'm telling you, pretty sure there is more tax money stupidly gone in their training, that in the month or days the drunk guy would stay in jail for the assault
No one deserves to die. The police used everything they had to drop him. He continued to but their lives on the line. And unfortunately they had no choice m.
People who prey on innocent people do and especially child preds and corrupt politicians making everyone's lives a hundred times harder to line their pockets and divide people so they can control them while also being pedos, aka the democrats/leftist and the corrupt hedge funds and everyone actively destroying innocent peoples lives.
He didn't lunge at 2 officers. He knocked one out cold, and then punched the other one in the back of the head after pushing him to the ground. That's when the cop that was still conscious shot him from the ground.
He did in fact attack officers, it's clear as day in the video.. the shooting was unfortunately justified. If alcohol is to blame for causing him to be so violent, perhaps alcohol should be limited at weddings and events to prevent a tragedy like this in the future. May he rest in peace and may the officers recover as well.
I say this is unjustified. The officers had nightsticks and tasers that can be used. Unfortunately, the officers had to resort to their on duty weapons, when they had multiple other tools.
a shooting maybe, magdump until he no longer moves? idk buddy. why treat them like humans if the cops go to reaction and procedure is to shoot until you no longer move. even warning shots would of prob scared him off. u know something u do if u cared
That man was reckless and uncontrollable if he hasn’t already killed someone he would’ve in the future you can’t live your life acting all bad and macho and thinking you’re bulletproof 🤦♂️
@@WyoSavage1976 Yes, if one drunk man can bare-handedly beat up multiple armed policemen by himself. Those policemen should maybe get transfered to something else, like a daycare for example.
Better to ask for forgiveness than to ask for permission 😆 like sorry I had to knock your a$$ out and hog tie you last night bro but you was goin off and if we'd have called the cops you woulda woke up ded today...
@KSadin trash take. Should every female officer who couldn't "beat" a 260 lb. man quit their job? If u want all cops to be tough people who could "beat" any 1 drunk guy then you don't understand what makes good police. To be honest the very way you use the word "beat" is already weird the police weren't called to "beat" him they were called to check out a threat.
You don't need to have a physical weapon to get shot by police. That guy was a pretty big dude and very aggressive in his inebriated state. Knocked one cop out and was hitting the other one in the back of the head. He could definitely inflict major damage with those blows. It's a very sad outcome but I think most people placed in that officers shoes would probably do the same thing.
It's as simple as don't attack a person who carries a gun for a living. I have lived a long life by doing things like that. Everytime I have been arrested I deserved it, except for two occasions. But I didn't try to get combative over it. Nothing like getting arrested for not paying the same ticket twice that was already paid for.
Cops train to fight and subdue!! They just let themselves just to purposely have an excuse to shoot!!! Simple as that, they let themselves look like they're in trouble with one man!! like 4 cops can't handle 1 person...
Usally on the cops side of these kind of altercation, but they showed up knowing he was being violent. The police officers ignored all thier training and allowed him in striking distance. This was a panic situation caused by under experience. This was not a deadly situation 5+ vs 1 is not in fear for your life , at no point did they even attempt to pull him off . 2nd degree murder all day on this one
