I'd think she would be responsible. With more evidence like body-cam footage or more cameras from other guests and probably CCTV cameras, if they could get that evidence instead of relying just statements, then she will be put into the ground for it.

honestly we both got the same mindset, the man was being interrogated and started throwing a tantrum, so he knock a cop down, they tazzed him, but it wasn't effecting, when cop's talk, techniques, brute force, don't work they obviously don't have a choice and use last resort as to pull the 9, this uncle either probably didn't play enough GTA or played way to much, obviously he should have known that attacking an officer of the law, can cause 2 stars, and thats when the popos start shooting.

theres needs to be a toxicology report. The cops or the family needed to press that. The only reason why 1 or the other doesnt want that is because itll sway and prove 1 side as being true. If he was on something that made him go nuts and have a higher pain tolerance itll show and prove the cops and the caller side, if he wasnt on something, itll prove the brides side of the story. Camera footage of him grabbing a elders neck would help a little bit to show the truth but ill rather the toxicology report
