Here is another uncut (but slightly edited) workout video. This one is more about creating explosive power through bodyweight exercises. The workout is listed below, but I also talk over a bit of it as well to explain some of what I am doing. Keep in mind that "Lengthening is Strengthening" even if it is not under heavy load. Also, realizing strength through movement is our goal as sprint athletes. SO, step up your BMX Racing this off season and get ready for the upcoming year of racing.

Warm-up Box Jumps
Seated Box Jumps (3 x 6) increasing height
SS: Inverted Bodyweight Rows (3 x 6-8)
SS: Lateral Jump Lunge (3 x 8-10)

Great video. What is the name of the portable one man starting gate you have and horn/light system? Thanks Steve

Thanks for the encouragement,ent. The gate is the Freshpark and the light add-on is called the YellowCat. Usually you can grab the Freshpark used for about $300 and the YellowCat for $450 making it the cheapest, fully functional gate setup available.
