Stay strong. Good luck. Hope you get pay increases, benefits, and improved quality control. Boeing brand is no longer synonymous with safety, and that needs to change for the company, it’s employees, and the US.
@adityag485 they swapped our pension with a 401k in the past. Everyone i know would rather they give us back the pension. Keep the 401k but get rid of the match. I dont need 100% match of my 8% contribution IF im getting my pension back
This business has around $80 billion in debt and they operate on leverage. They have more leverage than their market cap. This one is a zombie company.
Boeing machinist makes $35 at 5 years mark and airline at $60. With the new contract would be $37.80, $40.02, $43.20, $46.62 at additional 4 years mark. The East Coast Long shorman got a 62% raise with a higher wage than Boeing machinist at west Coast. The CEO is wayyyyyyy out of touch with reality and he is making $22 million with 4 million dollar home and constantly making mistakes. I can be a CEO and do a better job.
You're comparing apples to oranges as airline hiring requirements usually include an A&P license (a 2-year degree). A better comparison would be the airlines vs. a maxed out grade 9 delivery center AMT. The factory workers are far less educated and knowledgeable in aircraft systems (the exception being Production Test).
I think Boeing may have to up to 40% for 4 or may be even 3 years. Better alternatve would be 50% for 5 years so they wouldn't have to deal with again for awhile..
Address the progression steps a floating is not addressing the Pto. Up the pension multiplier to 125 and give the pension owners that option or taking the company 4% up the rat bonus to12k. Company missed the boat on addressing all the members needs
@@gabriellemoser566 The latest contract the dolts rejected had Incentive Pay: The Aerospace Machinists Performance Plan or AMPP incentive plan is reinstated, with a guaranteed minimum annual payout of 4%. Including 2024 payout in February, 2025.
!I recently sold some of my long-term position and currently sitting on about 250k, do you think Nvidia is a good buy right now or I have I missed out on a crucial buy period, any good stock recommendation on great performing stocks or Crypto will be appreciated

I managed to grow a nest egg of around 120k to over a Million. I'm especially grateful to Adviser Ruth Ann Tsakonas, for her expertise and exposure to different areas of the market.
I don't really blame people who panic. Lack of information can be a big hurdle. I've been making more than $100k passively by just investing through an advisor, and I don't have to do much work. Inflation or no inflation, my finances remain secure. So I really don't blame people who panic.
Without a doubt! Ruth Ann Tsakonas is a trader who goes above and beyond. she has an exceptional skill for analyzing market movements and spotting profitable opportunities. Her strategies are meticulously crafted based on thorough research and years of practical experience..
From $37K to $65K that's the minimum range of profit return every month I think it's not a bad one for me, now I have enough to pay bills and take care of my family.❤😊
I Just withdrew my profits week ago, To be honest it was an amazing feeling when the profits hits my wallet I wish I could reinvest but, too much bills
