In addition, lontong is commonly eaten every day breakfast and ketupat identically with Idul Fitri, the biggest special religious day in Islam. In taste, lontong and ketupat has no distinguis flavor and fragrance. But, in special banana leaves gives green color to the rice, yet the coconut leaves is no.
@@audiaeriana8097I have to disagree with this because in my opinion, there's certainly a difference in taste between them. I love lontong but I kind of hate ketupat. The banana leaves certainly gives different aroma to the rice. Just my 2 cents of course.
I think this is good way to make content with local companion to try something new outside mainstream tourism bubbles. Hope you enjoy your bogor journey.
I think you should do this more often (bringing a local person or your local subscribers) because it produced a great video where people can find out about these hidden gems in places that you go to. Also you can experience the cities like no tourist would because you bring a local people with you (great way to avoid scams too btw).

If you notice that every stall provides sweet soy sauce, usually mixed with hot sauce so it doesn't burn your tongue too much, soy sauce and hot sauce give a rich taste to food

I am Indonesian from east java island,,lucky you can tasted the bogor food especially kind soup with sprout and lontong bogor..rare to find here in Surabaya. See,,Indonesia has many different kind of food and cakes in different area and tribe..thousand kinds various food and cakes and baverages..wich in my taste are all delicious except bacon beef .
Thanks
