My ever growing stash of fabrics and trim are mostly from thrift stores. Not only do I look in the fabric section, I also scour the clothing racks looking for vibrant patterns and materials. Another section is domestics. There are great finds such as pillow cases, napkins, bedding and tablecloths. I have done a video on my latest thrift store haul if you would like to check it out. Hi Keri! Yes I sew all my book pages before attaching the signatures to the spine. I am currently doing a series on an altered book junk journal and the next episode is going to focus on adding fabric/trim/ribbons to pages and sewing. Check out the series - 😍

This journal took me about 3 weeks to complete. My journals tend to take awhile since I love to embellish the pages😁❤💗
