#stereotype The P90 user did not evolve at all from the times when he was playing CS:GO. all he learned there was to pray and spray and lets just say the god is on this guys side
I raise you to ppsh 41 users nothing quite like turn a corner and be mugged by 2-3 of these with drum mags whilst hiding on bunkbeds or just be swarmed and have your t6 body armor shredded in like a mag
#stereotype Both PP91 and PP19 users are always some variety of rat, but the ones that use the Kedr are hyper aggressive little factory monsters that bully the thicc thighs of thicc bois with SP7, while the PP19 users tend to be stealthy stash runners or bush campers who like to avoid direct engagements.
#stereotype MP5 - used to be the main squeeze for alot of people, but once 7n31 got moved to a craft and recoil previously was raised across the board (yet luckly undone), there seems to be less of them. Will either be exceptionally experienced with maybe a higher time to kill to exploit, or will just be starting out an is still pretty lethal below 20m. MPX - same as the previous but take out the newbies and add in legacy players. There is also a decent chance they will kit out with the longer barrel and try to just use it at range, which if they are using 7n31 will basically be a 1 tap every time. Saiga-9 - there are two people who have a Saiga 9 in their hands. One is about to realize that the gun they picked off that scav doesn't have a selector switch. The other is about to realize they have the power of God on their hands. The economic theory of tarkov is actually kind of interesting when you look into it. The value of an object is effectively maxSellValue/spaceInSquares with the exception of weapons, as one regular and one pistol slot is frequently open, which complicates matters a bit. One thing everyone can agree on (even without knowing it) is the effects of prestige and preference on weapon selection. AK's maybe more valuable to sell in some cases, but most people enjoy the high fire rate of the M4. The STM-9 may sell for more than most, but I'll grab an MP5 instead even if I'm just walking to the extract. The psychological and economic aspects are what makes the saiga-9 potentially the best weapon in the game. A no recoil pistol with a 30 round magazine that no one will take. A silenced rifle with a 20k flea market price that no body will touch. A tool to place AP6.3 or 7n31 at any target from any distance at a ludicrous frequency, that when you die will be given back to you just as you left it. The ultimate meta game of tarkov shows its face to those who can see it clearly, the force of 1000 sun's for the one true Chad. The champion of champions. I still rather have the PP-19 though.
i used molot last few wipes early on. it was a beast to use against low people. and headless scavs. its so damn cheap. easy to mod. and theres barely any downside. because when u die people often wont steal it.
Last wipe I've had a blast with VPO-215. I've ran it with AP-M and EOTech holo on Woods and killed few chads. One of the most satisfying moments in the game for me :D
Do a documentary about tarkov creatures with extreme adaptations such as extremely high capacity mags extremely high/low ergo and recoil extremely long/short guns e.c.t. #stereotypes
I use the Green Mosin practically all the time whenever I go snipers (unless I am meming with the 205). It is great. Definitely the superior boltie, with possibly the exception of the lapua one.
in before 2 minutes pog EDIT: damn the SV-98 PTSD really does cripple the early/midgame because it is a damn good gun. the mosin is iconic but the SV98 is just a classier mosin and just as punchy
i usually only snipe with my double barrel as i find it accurate and effective at squad wiping while also being able to load 2 go away rounds of buckshot if i cant kill em with the first 2 slugs
Big enjoy love these vids and the voice over you provide is somehow calming, idk I likey One thing tho, I kinda wish you had put the MP-18 in as a meme since the game *sometimes* categorizes it as a bolt-action but its all good :)
wait somebody actually made a Mosin man parody???? dude I've been singing that without knowing it existed since before it existed lmao I'm glad someone finally made one it was just too fitting not to be done
For me, I mainly prefer bolt actions over similar DMRs mostly in part due to one main thing... Price to accuracy. Even cheapy bolt actions are acceptable when it comes to MOA, but for DMRs it costs *far* more to get the same level of accuracy. (ie, DVL or T-5000 even versus RSASS). Granted, that's only starting to make possibly noticeable difference probably starting around... 200 meters (assuming you have good aim and sighting to start with). (DVL at 0.45 still maintains under a 1 inch MOA at 200, yet the SR starts at 1.49 at 100. RSASS despite being one of the more accurate DMRS is at .77 still)
I am a sniper in EFT and I use T-5000 as my main weapon. I can say that your steryotype about T-5000 users is very accurate, because I am that kind of sneaky sniper :)
the orsis t5000 was also the SEOCND BEST sniper in a game called contract wars(and now hired ops),that weapon was SCARY to hear since it was one of the most exoensive premiums in that game
yeah also no one will pick that shit up xD not a chad anyway. they will at most grab the snb rounds and move on. same with the molot rifle. its so damn cheap. all u lose really is the suppressor/scope.
upgraded sv98 with the is59/69 scopes is really solid, i wear a trooper and ahhc helm, i typically bring an sr-2 with 4 extra mags for it. (1 extra for the sv-98) ^u^ one grenade, meds, extra ammo, and im ready to go, underweight till i loot my first stuff, which typically means i can max my EXP gain for endurance, then strength in the same raid
i agree bout the t-5000, I felt like i was the only person who ever used that gun. somehow with my appalling survival rate its the gun that i never get killed ((found)) with. in addition in all of my years with tarkov i've never seen another person use it. i like it because of the sight line retention and the amazing velocity, you could seriously laser someone from 1 point in shoreline to the next, down side its just heavy as hell
also, those who rack the archangel stock on a mosin: you are the most cursed creature, and i swear to god, if I ever see you out in the field, i will take away your archangel stock mosin, rip it into pieces and sell it to mechanic, where it sure as shit wont be missed ever again. there is actually one question... does any one actually use it or is it just memed upon? #Stereotype
#stereotype PP-19 - used by people who want to use an smg, but are addticted to using ak's and other russian weapons. PP-19 is perfect for them beacouse it keeps the look of an ak, and is an smg at the same time, and can be fairly modded.
The 45.ACP Vector: These guys don´t care where you are or what gear you have, they will simple put so many bullets through you that you die of lead poisoning. #stereotype
This was really well done. I havent come across your channel before but you earned that sub. Editing is the hardest thing in the world to do cause you have to put yourself out there. good job
Mosin-Nagant is just a flex weapon Such a perfect rifle. Take this in to point blank fights and win against heavily armoured sweats. Bonus points if you use duel Mosin set ups. Absolute Chad status if you rock the tripple Mosin set up.
thank you for this i remember really enjoying the tf2 stereotypes and migrating to this game it couldnt have been a coicidence you know what i am doing and i will prove it
This Tech-Priest has witnessed strange fleshbags, ones who use ancient relics in strange ways. Analysis has denotated a few primary archetypes; PPSH wielders embody a rabid wolverine. Nipping at the weak flesh of the legs, no fear of death, they rush you down and commit bullet surgery on other meatbags MP9-N wielders utilize obscure corners and strike with surprise, however engagements with these specimens has shown a lack in momentum with maintaining engagements MP5 wielders speak in arcane dialects, and are often found to have beans and toasts within their belongings. Often wielding fine motor control skills and AP ammo. MP7 wielders sit under bridges, begging for local currency #stereotype
molot215. really budget only really usefull with apm. decent for close to midrange. mosin. grandpas rifle. but still fucks. i used this for shooter. u barely need to mod it. decent price. also i feel called out. i do listen to sabathon while rocking the mosin. capping people left and right. sv98 really solid if u like the boxed mag. compared to mosins top load. m700 i call this thing the basic rifle. but honestly it could be better than sv98. as it cycles faster? dvl i dont think people use this normally. only use it for gunsmith. t5000 once again havent seen this thing drop. and barely used it myself. does sound nice tho. tx mjolnor it feels like u clapping birds. not pmcs or scavs.
I've been told I'm a spooky good fucking sniper by a few people. Hitting 200m snipes with ironsights infantry mosin will tend to put the fear of god into whatevers being shot at lmao.
For the SMG stereotypes: PPSh-41, pronounced "Papasha, not Pee Pee Ess Age". The gun, ammo and magazines are readily available the moment you begin the game, and can only really be used to spray and pray. With AKBS ammo available at Prapor Lv. 1, these people feel virtually no recoil and storm Factory with it. It's the only map, where this gun can get somewhat reliable kills. Their mentality is get in, spray someone, take his gun, and then get out. The PP-19-01 Vityaz is kind of underused. It's only available for purchase from Prapor Lv. 2 or as a barter for four plugs, which makes it somewhat unreliable to access for pre-flea players. So someone using this thing is in overwhelming likelihood either memeing, or just a new player who found one. These people likely will die, trying to penetrate Lv. 4 armor with what is essentially paintball ammo. The Saiga-9, the little brother of the PP-19, is a PP-19 but semi-auto only. It's essentially a better 9mm pistol at this point taking up your primary slot. People, who use this, fall into one of two categories. Either, they thought it was a PP-19-01, will tap you once and then panic becuase the gun isn't shooting. Or, they are really, really broke and use this as a Scav killer weapon. Klin, Kedr and Kedr-B, aka "What, these are different weapons?". They shoot 9x18 ammo, which is rather underpowered, although at a decent firerate and with low recoil. Because these are available at Prapor Lv. 1, they also attract pre-flea players, who use it in similar ways than the PPSh-41: Onto factory, and hoping for a miracle. The MP5 used to be an amazing 9mm SMG and very accessible, costing only a couple of knives in exchange. Pre-Flea players would collect the black knives in their scav runs, and then trade it up for an MP5 after a while. It's a decent gun, but with 9mm being less available, this gun had a bit of a fall-from-grace. One notable exception are the MP5 SD players, who WILL run RIP ammo, and who WILL go for your legs. The MPX is like "the cooler MP5". These are usually taken because they offer a ton of customizability, and players who regularly use these definitely make use of it. They're basically only running AP 6.3 on it, and have them kitted out to hell and back. The STM-9 is an oddball in this wipe. Back in 0.12, it used to be a headshot machine, as AP 6.3 was readily available and with the ultra high ergonomics and zero recoil, it was the weapon of choice for a lot of people, who talk about their one taps. People, who use the STM-9 nowadays, are either incredibly good at clicking heads, or *think* they are incredibly good and keep dying with it. Most STM-9 users, however, have migrated to the ADAR now. The Veresk 9x21 is the cool new kid on the block. A fire rate of 950 RPM with decent recoil and the ability to penetrate Class 4 armor relatively consistently, it of course instantly attracted people all around. People, who use the Veresk, are most often people, who watch a lot of streamers or other Tarkov content creators centered around "being good", so these people will generally think very highly of themselves. They call themselves "Chad" unironically, sometimes backed up by facts, though usually not. The MP9 and MP9-N are probably the best 9mm SMGs out there, simply because of that insane firerate. These people are aggressive as hell and can be found wherever there is close-quarters combat. Dorms, Factory, etc... you name it, they're there. There isn't really more to the stereotype than "ultra aggressive". The P90 was once the proud king of SMGs and struck fear into the hearts of all. High firerate, virtually no recoil and comparatively high damage. These people would either run SS190 for maximum penetration, or SB193, which is subsonic, has an accuracy boost and has even less recoil. Now that it's not "the best choice" anymore, some people have migrated away from it, but some people are die-hard loyal to it. Finally, the UMP .45 and the Vector in .45 ACP. These two are basically "the meta" when it comes to SMGs now. The UMP is available for pretty common barters for both Peacekeeper and Mechanic Lv. 1 and later for ~40k from the flea, and the Vector costs roughly double that. Both have insanely high rate of fire, high ergonomics and deal very mean damage. People, who use these, are the usual "meta chasers", just trying to go for the best gear possible. Or, in the case of the UMP, could also be a pre-flea player who just got a good barter. In which case, easy gun for you to grab.
#stereotype The MP5; Quintessential SAS fanboy and Operation Nimrod enthusiast, this guy is either somebody who's a casual and doesn't feel any shame in it, or a Chad early in the wipe who's looking for a relatively economical way to level Peacekeeper and kill Scavs at the same time. MP5K-N; probably being used as a sidearm for something a little more situational/risky, like a bolt action or an MP-18. In any instance, this guy isn't too confident about his chances of hitting his target (especially at close quarters) with his primary and wants a backup spray-and-pray option. MP7; Chad standard-issue, particularly with armor-piercing rounds, this guy will probably eat you alive within fifty meters distance. That being said, they're usually a bit flummoxed if you can catch them out beyond that with an actual rifle. God help you if you're on factory. MP9/MP9N; A refugee from Rainbow Six: Siege ever since that particular game went down the shitter in spectacular fashion. He'll cling to the rate-of-fire meta in the only way that he knows how, by loading this thing with either hollowpoints of FMJs and going for that magical headshot. Unlike the MP7, these guys will usually die horribly if you catch them at a range, since they usually don't know how to close the gap without catching a bullet in an uncomfortable place. Either that, or they're just doing legmeta. MPX; This guy wants to put mods on his MP5, but knows that thanks to the early gunsmith quests, the parts to do so cost as much as a Mosin, if not more. As a result, he's gonna use the MPX and put all sorts of Tacticool accessories on it. Skill range drastically varies for these guys in particular. P90; The true king of the SMGs, this guy's almost always running armor-piercing rounds and playing something like Factory of Interchange. Chances are also good that they're running some high-tier armor as well, so even if they aren't particularly good at the game, they're still pretty dangerous. Best play for these guys is going to be grenades, since in a straight CQC gunfight the odds are badly stacked against you. PP-9 "Klin" and PP-91 "Kedr"; An early-wipe classic and reliable scav killer even into the late wipe. Very respectable rate of fire combined with some pretty terrifying hollowpoint rounds mean that these also tend to find themselves used for legmeta a good deal more than the other SMGs, particularly because they're really cheap. PPSH-41; **Earrape Soviet Union National Anthem* Either an unironic reddit communist, history enthusiast, or drum mag enjoyer. Whatever the case, they will probably not be trying very hard to aim with much precision, so if you're wearing decent armor with a faceshield you should probably be able to handle them just fine. Saiga 9; This is not an SMG, it is a carbine, and you didn't bring this into a raid, you ran out of ammo and took if off of a Scav, and are wisely trying not to get into any gunfights with it. Either that, or you somehow manage to land one-tap headshots from 150 meters with this thing, and I really don't know how. Thankfully, you'll most often run into the former. SR-2M; I've never seen this thing in a raid, but I reckon it's probably a bit like a Russian P90, no clue if it's any good. STM-9; Again, not an SMG, it's a carbine. There are two possibilities for who's using this, either somebody who just wants to kill scavs but doesn't want to use any of the cheaper options for some reason, and also doesn't want to use an ADAR for some reason, or it's somebody who like with the Saiga-9 can reliably land headshots. The ease of adding optics to this thing means that those guys actually tend to like this thing, even if it's kind of bad. UMP-45; An enthusiast of "God's Caliber" .45 ACP, this guy will probably be loading .45 AP and getting into fights that, all things considered, he probably shouldn't be winning. Regardless, it works out for him more than you'd expect. Modding it is also a fairly simple affair, so tacticool enthusiasts also enjoy this. Vector 9x19; For some reason he didn't want to use the .45 version in spite of the better damage and faster ROF. In all likelihood he's just trying to avoid Tarkov's legendarily awful recoil mechanics. Vector .45; This man is a walking A-10 Warthog and he's about as destructive as one as well. He'll punch through your armor like a red-hot iron through wet paper, and that rate of fire means that one of those rounds will probably give you the head-eyes experience. The only real mercy is that there's no drum magazine for this, so the odds are fairly good that you might be able to kill him while he's reloading.
#stereotype Ppsh-41: very poor bush/exfil camper who's bad at aiming, has a drum mag at the end of which either he or the enemy is dead. PP Kedr/Klin: took this off a scav because it's so compact, is rocking this in factory because he's too cheap to get anything else
#stereotype Sanitar's Kedr, bc you gotta be high to run that thing. edit: btw sv-98 new furnishing & m700 AICS stock are the lightest sniper guns in the game
The picture you showed at 1:40 isn't Simo Häyhä and he isn't even using a Mosin in that pic. That's a random swede from the Winter War with a Swedish Mauser-variant. That picture has been floating around the Internet and people still think that's Häyhä himself.
#stereotype PPSh-41 there are 3 people using this 1st. people that want use 9mm vector but got enought money only for ppsh with drum 2nd. people that just want a looong full auto from smg 3rd. people who theyre grandfathers we're running with this to berlin
I remember the time I stalked a geared dude pinned down in the woods sawmill warehouse for a solid 10 minutes until he came out and got head-eyes'd by my loud stick m1891. stole his juiced T5000 lmao.
#stereotype my SR-2M Sherpa who has more kills is a higher level with a Kd better than most streamers. He really not trying to kill you it makes him feel bad. Unless you are a 4 ship of level 30 somethings that just killed Timmy. At this point death has come to town.
smg’s? oh boy lets face it, the mp5 is just for the early wipe hype or for low level timmies. anyone rocking that thing fully modded is probably only using it for the infamous HK slap and trying to be tacticool with it
To this day my best moment in tarkov was killing a t5000 Chad with my stock Mosin as a new player. I will never talk shit about the Mosin for I remember how it carried me.
Not to brag or anything but usually when i play with bolt-actuon i outplay teams of 4 and surprise them all the time from different angles with a one-tap headshot. For a bolt-action user you have to know the map exceptionally, you cant have gear fear and you have to guess your enemies movement pretty well. And yes, i fucking hate even the word meta, and i really believe that the age of streamers and youtubers make it impossible for tarkov to be the brilliant game it could be, as everyone knows every detail of the game without gaining the experience for themselves through playing the game.
#stereotype The MPX is the gun of the smg hipster. They see that the mp5sd p90 and mp7 are meta so they build a really cool looking but less effective mpx to try to be different
