I played this game constantly as a kid. It can be a fairly stressful game. I always got that sick feeling when I heard "Oh no.."

The hardest version is the best. You have pieces flying off the board and if you allow a piece to overheat for 9 seconds or go in the wrong order for 9 seconds, AUTOMATIC LOSS. BOOM!!!!!

I was like 4 or 5 years old when my dad bought this set up and a bunch of games. This one, Bump n Jump and the B17 Bomber were my faves. This one especially.

This one might be my favorite video game ever. My dad bought us the voice module so he could play B-52 Bomber and he also got us this game. I spent nearly an entire summer one year playing this game! My brother and I loved this game, alternating between this, B-52, and board games like Chess and Risk.

Each block in the 4x5 grid is a circuit. You solve a circuit to determine if it’s part of the code number or not, dark green for solved but not part of the code, solid light green if it is part of the code number. Solve enough & choose strategically to minimize the # you have to solve. The circuits themselves are the nerve racking part. Frank gives you a sequence to either cut or replace. If he says cut, you cut out & solder in the gray wire. If he says replace you need to cut/replace/solder a component of the same shape OR same color, but you don’t know which it is…have to guess. Within each circuit it won’t change, but there could be multiple of the same shape/color so you still have to guess. And the next circuit could be different. Once you have solved enough to guess the code, you enter it in and disarm the bomb.
