I too do this Bombay chutney quite often.i put jeera instead of urad dal. Sometimes I mix in curd and water. I add bajji milagai and small onions into pieces along with normal green chillies. Tomatoes can also be added. Optionally pepper powder, amchur. Finally garnish with coriander leaves. Squeeze a dash of lemon and store in a hot pack.

I like mami's capati making method and soft capatis. There is no issue with the video too long or too much talking. The important thing is good explanation of cooking process and work goes on at the same time. If people talk alot but not doing anything then it becomes boring. Thank you for sharing your recipe.
Sowmya,hot packல சப்பாத்தி வைக்கும்போது முதலில் அதன் அடியில் ஒரு clean white cloth போட்டு,அதன் மேல் சப்பாத்திகளாக அடுக்கவும்.ஒவ்வொன்றாக கல்லில் எடுப்பதற்குள் அந்தத்துணியால் ஏற்கனவே வைத்திருக்கும் சப்பாத்திகளாக மூடவும்.இப்படி செய்தால் hot pack மூடியிலிருந்து தண்ணீர் சொட்டாது. சப்பாத்தியும்softஆகவே இருக்கும்
