The band was really fired up on this one. Tico is one hell of a drummer. It's rarely mentioned how great he really is. This song truly showcases his talent, just like Homebound Train and many others.
I'm a massive (original full band) Bon Jovi fan. And personally I love that my favourite two songs are those that most people have no idea about. This one is one of them. The other is Fields of Fire.... fucking awesome track!!
Loved it first I heard it. So many songs that got forgotten in the mists of time: Raise Your Hands, WIld In The Streets, Homebound Train, Wedding Day, Tokyo Road and this beauty: Good Guys Don't Always Wear White.
@@steel_horse7570 No! Alec played studio session and touring and recorded with Cher's Song We all Sleep Alone with bon jovi stuff including Tico, Richie, David and Jon. Alec is great important member band!
@@steel_horse7570 And Alec Play Great and some mistakes.....well all make mistakes live performances....Tico...Richie...David...and Jon! Alec left the band because he was tired of Jon's dictatorship and it happened 19 years later with Richie! And the question of keeping even as an irreplaceable member until 2016, was because Alec knows a lot that could harm Jon, starting with Alec's contract he was 4 years older than his actual age.
Great tune... None better, ride a horse and get it right, only one chance to get that right... Put a bad person in a stall with a stallion with no electricity or pre made burgers? Lost mind and lost life. Put a good person in a stall with a horse that has been raised correctly (talking about a human) and it's not a prob and it's fun, happens everyday for some... Good guys, goin away? Get a grip... American? Wow what a mystery...
an atrocity to all songs about Good Guys Eschewing White things. Compare the fadeout to this Narcissist Hairdo anthem and the sinister asides at the end of the Standells' real version.
