as a michigander, this is what every ad from a 20+ year old mom and pop business looks like even to this day and i LOVE it. mr walls you've really outdid yourself with this one
All the animatronics being so large always brings me back to my first time being in Chuck E Cheese and nearly shitting myself from how big all those freaks were.
Ive shifted personalities so vastly, kid me was not afraid at all and was so curious how they worked I got as close as I could to the stage. Nowadays adult me? HEEEEELL NOOOO 😅
Wow, Felix Kranken seems like a very honest man who wouldn't hurt a fly and doesn't promote alcoholism, Mr. Jack Walten is so lucky to have him as a partner!
As most people have pointed out at 0:18 with banny appearing upset and holding the present, I like to notice boozoo who has his arms around her shoulders, I found it as comforting since I depicted it as Charles comforting Susan, since they were best friends. Bannys neck is also tilted slightly there, It could possibly be referencing when Susan got her head snapped, and it’s sideways like in wonderland and in the lacrimosa video. At 0:40 I think the photo on the top left starting with the bottom person and then going up from left to right is Linda, Felix, Susan, Rosemary, Charles, and Jack.
@2-d_in_a_bag well that being said and jack walten is 6'5 there's no way Felix would have won in a fight with jack unless a weapon was involved or jack slipped up
In 0:19 pauses you see banny looking sad with her head tilted with a gift thats a reference to the walten files 4 when susan is in wonder and shes holding the gift she was given by "bon"
@@indecisiveponderer643 Apparently from what I've heard Martin had to rewrite and reanimate a lot of scenes, which is why it's taking so long (Which I don't mind he can take his time, no rush).
Still working on episode 5 though, but again, you'll know when another episode comes out when you notice that he'll be doing a premiere for episode 5, much like he has done with number 4 and number 3 years prior.
I'm 99% certain Bon Isn't Jack, but did anyone else pick up on the design choice of how bon was positioned and posed beside Felix that kind of resembles that pic of Jack and Felix shaking hands?
But like Bon just being an entity is very inconsistent with the writing so far. All the animatronics at some point have been shown they eventually will get possessed by a dead person. Also notice how Bon and Sha are usually kind of grouped on their own (maybe they’re a couple in universe via advertising). We know Rosemary is in Sha and a theme is grief lol. Is Jack being bon really off the table?
@@Wallaceismybawe aren’t really sure, but it’s pretty likely that it isn’t the case! Most people consider it off the table due to the motivations being uncharacteristic (Jack causing harm to employees and members of his family doesn’t really make sense) and Jack seems to still be around when “Bon” is, based off of the fact that Jack shows up at Felix’s house and eventually he and Rosemary learn about what happened to Edd and Molly , with “Bon” being around in that time frame since at some point after that, “Bon” kills Susan. To me it seems unlikely that it’s Jack, however i do think we have to consider the situation under the lens of “if there’s a physical body, there is also a spiritual body” too but even with what we know now with that applied, I don’t think that it’s Jack . We’ll just have to wait and see though since the series is still ongoing !
That "Bringing family together. The Bon's Burger's way"" line is definitely a metaphor for what happened to the walten family. Love those little details.
My youtube app glitched and kept the "sponsored" and "Video will play soon" even though the ad was done and it was playing the actual video and I got fully convinced it was an actual ad
Imagine Jack's reaction to this TV add, I can see the look on his face as he gawks at his depressed no longer friend who looks mentally unstable on TV and thinks, "Hey, that smile looks oddly familiar."
Theory: Felix killed Jack Walten because he was afraid jack would find out the truth. So afterwards Felix puts Jacks body in bons animatronic. And jack now haunts bon and kills people.
@@Cmillzwrld Jack can't be the ghost possessing Bon, why would Jack want to kill his wife and daughter? It would make more sense if Bon was trying to kill Felix but it seems like they're working as a team.
0:47 I swear there's something there ,it looks like 'BON' from Episod 4 but slightly Transparent ... also something I saw,Bon has a Blue Bow Tie there ,something he doesn't normally have in any other depictions
Just seeing how *massive* bon is and how *realistic* he looks (along with everyone else, but him especially) at the end is *genuinely* unnerving. It makes me feel like a kid again with how much i would *hate* to even be near that thing.
I keep wondering what Jack and Felix were thinking about giving Bon that terrifying design, he doesn't even look like a rabbit, the first time I saw him I thought he was some kind of ugly dog...
Analysis: The way that Felix is always smiling throughout this is so uncanny, in a way I was reminded by the smiling masks from little misfortune. Like, the words "Dont forget to smile" had much more of a darker feeling. So maybe in a way, Felix cannot smile at the time because of how much pain he's in and is putting on a mask to cover it up. The drawing of the animatronics seems so soulless adding another uncanny feel to this, to add on the music itself is creepy. Like, watching this gave me anxiety. What is that in the corner? 0:24 Number: 0:26 Bunnyfarm? 0:33 Photo of the team? 0:39 Bon appears damaged. 0:43
Tbh i also think he's using a mask. His mouth never moves while he's speaking, It could be martin was lazy or doesn't Know How to make mouth moving. Still, his mouth only changes off camera.
0:12 wallpaper looks exactly like wonderland 0:36 boozoo is looking at the cameraman and the video reminds me a lot from twf 4 1.all the victims are in wonderland as seen in 0:12 2. Bon (spirit) looks like felix without glasses and the last digits of the number is probably the street number (8262) edit: WOW idk if im seeing things but from 0:40 to 0:47 there is a face right underneath bon's left ear (it kinda looks like the bon spirit) edit 2: 0:37 the picture has all the known employees such as: Jack, Rose, Felix, Susan, Charles and one other woman (probably Charles wife or sophie or ashley) Edit 3: After a month i went back to this video and i just found smth there is a distinct cut just above felix’s **left** eyebrow idk if this is just the video quality or a wrinkle but you can see it at 0:25 and 0:42 (at the second time stamp for some reason the scar went all the way up near his forehead??) and after the crash felix was bleeding from his **left** forehead so this is after the crash and presumably after he told jack and rose (i think felix is coping or going crazy just from his weird abnormal grin) Edit 4: also at the very start of the video there are cows being led into a barn or most likely a slaughter house i think its symbolic like how bon leads the employees to the backstage just to be killed
At first I didn't notice the face thing, but as the camera zooms in you can clearly see something kinda transparent near Bon's left ear! And after the scene transitions, the transparent face also lines up almost perfectly with Sha's face in the next shot! Episode 5 will probably focus on Rosemary, judging by the teasers we got so far, so I wonder if it's intentional or I'm just overthinking it too much lol
@@hi-ju3yn It's moreso *from* the perspective of where bon is actually standing, rather than our own perception of left and right It's not wrong, just a different interpretation
As someone else pointed out, at 0:41, you can seemingly see "Bon's" face behind the right of Bon's head, idk if that's meant to be him but you can definitely see something there
I dunno if anyone has looked up the address on this but it’s in BRIGHTON Michigan, specifically a seemingly permanently closed Asian Cuisine called Pi’s! Dunno if this has any relevance BUTTTT the Brighton part set off the little bit of MatPat I have in me and now I’m curious. The restaurants website is just a bunch of gambling stuff and it makes me wonder if it was an illegal gambling site disguised as an Asian Cuisine that got shut down because they were caught?! Tell me your theories on how this might play into the storyline because I wanna hear em
Love how it ends on Bon and Sha being in front of Bon , just reminding us who the next episode is going to be about. Or maybe im just reading into it too far
This feels like the type of thing you'd watch on TV while staying over at a relatives home. It's 8:20pm, you're not sure why you couldn't stay home, and then this advert comes on and adds to the already foreign environment.
Either because of his addiction or himself, I don't very understand morality so I can't blame him. Shucks, they shouldn't have allowed an adult bar in the school.
I think even though he loved them and he was suffering a real condition, Felix could’ve done a bit more cherishing tbh. His motives are understandable, maybe even some way towards excusable but he did do a lot of bad, stupid and careless things
@@TheStupidKingOn Martin's Twitter someone asked him what the average consumer experience at Bon's Burgers was like and if the food was good, to which Martin replied: "the food was shit the entertainment was kino"
Dude, the smile Felix has on his face. It feels so clearly forced, as if he's really trying to look natural but it doesn't feel right in the slightest. Oh man.
0:52 sooo anyone wanna call that number? Edit: ok so the number has too many digits. Oops! What about the address shown at 0:27. Is that a real place? Sorry if I’m being stupid.
I actually do like how they’ve started to veer into a much more creative vein for what an “Analogue horror” can be. Embracing the artstyle with their characters makes things feel a lot more interesting to me. So excited to see more.
