Bonding Podcast Highlights 8/29/23 

I said this on Barry Katz podcast but I dont know you will see that. So.... Troy you're a hell of a good dude. When we talked I hurried and didnt get the whole story out. I was laughing so hard I thought I would wake her? I couldn't believe when I watched you for a couple weeks and then got up one day after laughing half the night and I checked tour dates. I thought "he will be in town in a few months maybe" and then I couldnt believe you were in town at the Miami Improv! Here I was saying "stay like this" and he is basically saying just continue to be you. Certainly it is important to grow but keep that inner you, that youthful thing. I have. That is why I smile a lot. And I am depressed as well as you. Remember this phrase I had shared with me by my Dad who I forgive: HE WHO BRINGS SUNSHINE TO OTHERS CAN NOT HELP BUT KEEP SOME FOR HIMSELF. That's you man. You lift up others and deserve to be happy for it.

Troy, Thank you for sharing your amazing talent with the world. You're a blessing and even though depression sucks, you bring so much joy and beautiful laughter in a world full of so much sadness. You're a reminder that there is beauty and transparency in a world full of walls. Thank you for making me laugh from my belly!😅❤

Hey Troy...LOTS of people have depression, YOU ARE NOT ALONE. In your down time, never make decisions...if in doubt, seek out your people. One good thing about Facebook is there are support groups for everything. It can't hurt, join one. Lots of comedians suffer manic-depression
