Departing back to Dyess Air Force Base in Texas, these two B-1B Lancers roared into the skies over Gloucestershire for the last time after Bomber Task Force 2023-3 - just in time for RIAT 2023!
86-0125 departed under the callsign SPICY 11 and 85-0064 was flying as SPICY 12.
SPICY13 (86-0103) also returned from Paris Air Show where it was on static display over the weekend.
It's sad to see these jets depart as they're such as welcome sight over the skies of Gloucestershire. Although I won't miss the 4am alarm calls to get out and catch their early departures!
