Can you suggest me one thing do we have to pay Statutory bonus to employee whose basic is actually more than 21k but as he or she have taken leaves so salary basic for that particular one month is less than 21k do we have to pay statutory bonus to them?

So ma'am Maximum wage = Minimum wages of state or 7000 (whichever is higher)

I have a doubt, we are normally paying the bonus during Diwali or Onam depends on the state. so, while calculating bonus which financial period is taken into consideration...?? Like for this year's Diwali Bonus Calculation which financial period should be taken... is it from Apr 23 to March 24 or from Apr 23 to Oct 24..???

Hi Sughandha, In a simple way you have thought BONUS, (what about Act) and (one doubt some company won't give Bonus what's the punishment as per BONUS act.) Nevertheless, your videos are awesomes.
