What about Roundup for ESI calculation, it will newer match until you use roundup formula. And also you haven't use round for your other fields, it will provide values in fraction, that will lead problems with actual figures

Sir our new employee's salary is 18000/- pm. His Basic is 12000, HRA is 4000/- and other allowance 2000/-. Now I want to know if it is mandatory to give him PF facility ir it is optional because his total salary is above 15,000/-
Hi PF can only be optional if the employee never had UAN no ever . If in past employment he had a UAN number then it is compulsory to have a PF account number.PF can be basic 1800*12 or 12% on basic 15000/-
How told you 🙄 when basic is upto 15000 then pf will be deducted and if employer want to give the benefit of pf to employee then they can provide irrespective of salary Thanks hope you got 🙏

I want to go for maternity leave but company said i wont avail for paid salary and i have checked with ESIC as well but cant able to avail for that bcoz my salary is more than 21 k so in this case what i have to do i ll be eligible for paid leave for not ???
