Hi kev,need to put heavier shock oil in your shocks it will slow the rebound down and won't bounce so much,that raminatir is still cool

It's fast and man does that truck have torque.For an rc truck that weighs 80 pounds it moves.

Setting your choice or gearing would be tough. It feels like it might need a two or a three speed runs out of gear like halfway down the straight… but that thing won’t likely be used for that, so that torquey gearing works I guess.

Needs stiffer shock springs. Your ride hight is good but the springs seems to be to soft

What a beautiful truck. I thought you converted it to electric in one of your other videos. I actually like the electric version better. This one sounds cool but the neighbors must hate it. Keep sharing your cars with us and hopefully your monster truck will be up and running soon. Can't wait to see that. I'm totally new to the RC world but find it to be a very cool hobby. I have been looking for places to run my toy but have only found some dirt fields so far. The local skate park where I live does not allow RC's and charge the kids money to ride their skate boards. Sure wish I lived in your area where the RC's seem to be more popular.

Oh wow.. you can see how much more driving he did after that part broke... You can see when it broke at 11:56. Part from the front where the servo would be... I'm surprised it drove as long as it did after it was broke... And we didn't even see it all. That sucks... But at least he did catch it eventually... Awesome stuff Kev.. love the extra footage. I still think I like this version better than the super electric one... Unless u change the transmission around A LOT in the other one.

You should try getting a dirt bike or motocross carburetor for a 80cc dirt bike , more bottom end . I think it would help . Might give it loads more bottom end . Very bad ass with the 80cc

Do you need a CBT to use that on public land? Cod you need one to operate a "motor vehicle" over 50cc. And that goes as fast as a limited 50cc scrammy

I have a 40th anniversary Raminator with a double overhead cam V-8 motor. pretty sure it’s the only one in the world it’s number 179/200

@@KevinTalbotTV Since watching this video, a few Raminator videos have been popping up in my feed. They handled a bit better. Honestly, I think the 4-wheel steering may have been a mistake. Yours handles the worst. I understand it's a monster truck. The Traxxas Maxx and Losi LMT handle like monster trucks and perform well. This Raminator does not.

I admit I don't know alot about engines but if that's an 80cc it seems weak for 80cc. I've owned an yz80 dirt bike that was a death machine. 40mph 12 0'clocks and I weigh 140lbs. Maybe 80cc rc is diff then 80cc dirt bike. I really don't know how the number compare. Just saying to me seems like a weak 80cc. I'd still love to have that amazing kit. Today's cnc tech and engineers ability to use it for rc parts etc is just insane. Can you imagine showing someone at an 1987 track this truck from today. Lol.
