Ok it’s been TIME since I last vlogged but I am BACK and I have a tonne of things to catch you up on! Oh Sarah so great to see you on here and what an amazing secret filming mission you’ve been on for over a year! As soon as your book was announced i asked one of our daughters for it for christmas and it is as amazing as expected, thank you so much. Been gluten free since 2008 and trust me had many flops and fails especially with pastry, but have used your website recipe for shortcrust pastry for months now and it IS the best ever., so its amazing to have it in the book and we want to literally try every meal. You look amazing after your surgery, and please do share any reno videos, especially kitchen and bathroom, as we are about to move in 2 weeks and need to do both of those lol. This is amazing!! Congradulations, i'm so happy for you!! The recipes look sooooooo good!! I'm gluten free keto. This would be an amazing book to have alongside. Loved seeing a bit of behind the scenes. Yes love a good renovation! So glad you could get your opp. done!

The thyroid tissue can be found anywhere from the tongue to the upper chest (it forms under the tongue and follows the thymus gland in it descending route)

I had the same issue with my thyroid. Put vitamin E on the scar daily and it will take time but it will hardly be noticeable. Congrats on the book!

Congratulations on the book and getting cyst removed. Is stress a big thing for your thyroid issues? It is for me so that is why I asked. I also have a vocal cord issue in the same area so less stress helps plus for me I can't be around perfumes, smells like the kitchen food cooking/lighting a match/etc or it swells and I go run to my air machines and drink hot tea. So please be careful if stress is rough for you. It seems like writing a book was stressful. Take care and thanks!
