Man I would've loved to buy a book, the presentation editions are still available as I'm writing this, but I can't because it doesn't ship to Canada which is disappointing. Oh well, maybe in the future and congratulations on the release, certainly must be a proud moment!

Kevin, I am so impressed with your beautiful book. The photographs are stunning and the writing is very absorbing. I am keeping a list of new words, and half way through, I am up to six words that needed google to define for me. I scan the QR codes and watch the videos. Very impressive work. My only suggestion is that archival gloves should be included. I hold my breath anytime someone picks up my copy of the book! Having just spent a week in DC with my family, I totally get the desire to capture the beauty and uniqueness of that beautiful slice of heaven. While I can't wait to go back, I can pick up your book whenever I need a fix. Well done!

Kevin, you know how I reacted when you presented me with my presentation copy, and read the note. I gotta say, I feel the same watching this video. Your passion for not just your book, but the Door Peninsula, is readily apparent. My Presentation Edition is numbered 30 of 100, I love it. I received a photo of the Mesabi Miner. I sent Christmas cards to the different freighters this past Christmas. One day I got a surprise in the mail, a Christmas card signed by the crew members of the Mesabi Miner. So, receiving the photo with my book, is extra special to me. What was the edit? I'm curious now. Was the photos from Allouez Bay included? If so, I may have overlooked them.
