Ohhh Yessss!!! Perfect example of keeping the groove and typical features of the original song and expanding it through improvisation. Such a fun to listen to.👌
Man you rock. This song has been one of my favorites since I was 10. Brings me back to when I would volunteer at the old home. There was this old guy who took me under his wing and taught me just what cool was. This was the song he taught me first. Thanks for that. Good memories with good music. He would be tappin his foot and slsppin his leg if here were listen to this.
No question, an absolutely incredible version. I wish I knew what some of the chords are, like the next to the last one (which I occasionally heard throughout). Awesome.
This guy is incredible, every one of these videos should have more views. What a fantastic rendition of Green Onions. I'd love to hear him play it on a Hammond as well.
5 years ago i found the sheet music for this, but i wasn't able to play it back then, but now i am so i printed it and i'm currently studying it. it's certainly not easy to play but it's the best interpretation of one of my favourites songs so i had to.
I'm a classical pianist, and for me, what you did is totally unundestandable, even if it has a f***ing groove ! I'd love to be able to play as freely as you man !
Fuiste vendecido con un talento buenísimo para la musica no lo dejes nunca ese es tu rumbo te deseo muchísima suerte con la música te saludo con un fuerte abrazo desde ARGENTINA
so cool and freakin' groovy. Am quite novice to the piano but tonight I'll try to learn this one and maybe borrow some of your ideas. Especially I like that bass line you play
Terrence, could you give us the sheet music for this (not your improv, that improv belongs to you). By the way, I like your solo even more than Booker's, great job!
