Hi zach, Good video. I do have a question though, do you need to add the value of the rental properties if they are already paid off? Its a new client, Or would that be handled by an accountant? Thanks in advance!

I probably would add them to the balance sheet. Debit House Credit Opening Balance Equity

hey do you need to calculate the depreciation as a bookkeeper in trucking industry or do we leave it for the tax advisor ?
