I'm working on Part 2 of the Bookmark set and also 2 other Videos about the Materials I use. One for the Watercolor Paper and another one for brushes and pencils etc. It will take me some time to make them. But I hope that they will be uploaded soon^^~ I hope you also enjoy this Video~
I have been painting bookmarks for years and they make wonderful gifts. I add an inspirational verse on the reverse side. I do have mine laminated but a local shop does them en masse cheaply.
I have so much fun using your paintings as inspiration and trying get it for myself!!!! I find tutorials make me tense and I feel obligated to do as they do but with your speed paints I can do as I please!!!
Your paintings are just amazing!! After watching your videos, I have started painting some small little planets and stars which are so cute and I can just put down some random color and let the water works it out!
These are so beautiful, and they look fantastic. Even though I like them both, I like the first one more, just because of how precise and accurate you were when you painted the house and the trees, it's such a delicate procedure because they are so small, although probably not when you were painting hahaha, because you have so much time. The first one reminds me of Katy Lipscomb's 'Howling Wolf' bookmark.
tillith Oh wow, jongkie's art is amazing. They are really similar. I've seen jongkie's art before, just never knew who painted/drew it. I do follow him on instagram. If that makes sense.
Have you ever thought about doing a paint brush video? Showing us all your different sized paintbrushes and you your favourites? That would be a great idea! Great video Tillith
You make it look so easy😩! I love it! Please show us how to mix the watercolors, like the right amount of water for have that "consistence" that you have when you paint.
fabulous book marks! I've made some before out of 300lb paper then I laminated them never thought of prints however I have my eye on a printer... have to save up $$ lol it may take awhile thankyou for all your hard work making these awesome videos for us :)
Gorgeous work as always... *sigh*. You just really set off my jealous tendencies, making it seem so easy. ;3 Tbh though, the first thought I had was "omg I can't wait to see that tape come off"... I'm literally sulking right now. x')
Haha, I thought it must have been something like that - you're pretty much always including it, so I just came to expect it I guess. ;) But really, thank you for posting all these amzing videos anyway, can't wait to see the next part~ ;D
Incredible painting! You're such an inspiration, I love every piece that you create. Could you tell me what is that aquamarine color that you use to transition from the yellow and the green to the darker blue? And also, what is that darker blue you use? I'm learning to work with watercolors, and I would love to use those two colors.
I went this evening to buy the Indigo color you talked about in your watercolor supplies video, and now I'm curious what color the greenish yellow is that you use in these galaxy drawings? Beautiful work!
Do wait for the bookmark to dry before adding the trees? Or do you just go in? If you just go in, how do you keep the paint from mixing together while painting the trees?
Did you do the aurora painting using wet-on-wet or a different technique? Thanks, I'm a beginner watercolorist looking around at different styles and techniques
Ich finde deine Lesezeichen so toll! Nur, wenn ich sie mir kaufe..kann ich mich wahrscheinlich nicht mehr aufs Lesen konzentrieren - ich schenk sie einer Freundin :D
i know you have said that your still a beginner in watercoloring which i say its a lie cause your really talented, but was their a diffrent type art you did before you started to do watercolor
Hii :) was nimmst du für Krepp zum Fixieren? Ich haabe billiges schmales Malerkrepp aber es zerreißt leider das Papier beim entfernen. Danke für die tollen Inspirationen, du machst schöne Videos!
